I serves on the faculty of Sciences Semlalia in the University Cadi Ayyad of Marrakech, one of the biggest institution of higher education in Morocco, where I taught Chemical Thermodynamics, Physical chemistry, Inorganic chemistry for the under graduate students, and Thermal analysis, Diffusion phenomena and heterogeneous kinetics to graduate students. He retired from University in September 2005. I have been managing this institution as Dean of the Faculty during 15 years (education and research issues but also administrative and financial issues).

I did many scientific stays and training abroad, most of them in the European countries. - Social and Cultural activities: In addition to my academic work, I am very active in development and cultural activities carried on in the framework of NGOs and associations. I have been local coordinator for different international projects supported by the European Union : ADIRA from the MEDA programme, ADURES and HYPA from the INCO programme, MED PRIDE, MEDITEURONET. Beside my membership to other development NGO, I am also president of a music association, JOSSOUR en musique, which is a chorus of Arab music and member of a trekking association TAWADA
