The origin of a multi-actor project • Decision taken by the Senate of the University of Milano to transfer the Faculty of Veterinarian Sciences to Lodi (1999) • The City of Lodi catches the opportunity for setting up a project of a technological park with the support of the Province and of the Chamber of Commerce • Support from farmers and breeders, and business organisations • Feasibility study • Creation of the Foundation PTP (City, Province, CCIAA) and of PTP srl (agreement 2000 – inauguration 2005) • Development of the technological park and incubator (2006) • Support of the Lombardy Region for developing a cluster on this basis • Project of Bio-food park with the city
