Hello my fellow STARS!
It's only been 40 days since my election and so far it's been unbelievable! As you all know DCON is coming up in 37 days!!! Even though it's approaching us very quickly, this also means Sharon Lee our LT.G 2015-2016 will be sadly retiring... But this also means my term will start! I can't wait to spend my next year serving my fellow STARS! I can still remember being a Key Club member my freshman year, not knowing much about Key Club, but 3 years later, I'm about to take my first step as LTG. in 37 days to lead my fellow STARS to success! I will make sure to work my hardest and do everything to the best of my abilities! I just wanted to thank my family for always being there for me and Sharon for being an inspirational person. As well as my school CHS, for being a safe place where I can grow! Also a major thank you to all the schools for being a part of key club! We're not just a part of key club WE'RE A FAMILY! I hope to work with you guys so that we can shine as bright as a STAR!
In love and service, Thu Nguyen

Care cards Members needed: 3+
A great service project to incorporate into a club meeting Fashion handmade holiday, birthday or sympathy cards for members of your community or donate to your local Children’s Miracle Network hospital. Write encouraging or inspiring messages inside each card and deliver as necessary. Remember to sign each card as “From the members of our local Key Club.”
Bright, shining service Members needed: 3-5+ Take an afternoon to brighten the classrooms and corridors of your campus…literally. Gather a few members of your Key Club and equip them with glass cleaner, towels and everything else needed to cut through the grime on the windows.
School supply drive Members needed: 1+ Having all the necessary supplies to complete the year is vital to the academic success of every student. However, many young students in our communities go without each year. To address this, your club can host a drive to collect new or gently used supplies at the beginning and end of each school year. Supplies can then be donated in bulk to a local elementary school, since they’ll know how to distribute them best.
