The Chamber of Commerce 2020 Business Directory and Visitor Guide is published on behalf of our membership of more than 400 businesses and community organizations and it is intended for use by our community and for those interested in our community. Contained within the pages of this directory are the North Olympic Peninsula’s most active businesses and philanthropic organizations in our community. These chamber members have established themselves as a connected, dedicated, and supportive group of men and women who selflessly work to engage in and improve our regional business economy. The Port Angeles Chamber, established in 1894, has supported and bolstered our business community for more than 125 years – with tangible, productive, and promotional programs. PORT ANGELES OVERVIEW

Port Angeles, Washington, in Clallam County, is 62 miles NW of Seattle, Washington with a total population of 19,420. The Lower Elwha S'Klallam tribe were the original inhabitants of the area now known as Port Angeles. In 1862, President Abraham Lincoln established the area as a townsite. It became the Second National City, after Washington, DC, in 1890; and until 1894 the area was held as a military reserve. The Port Angeles Chamber of Commerce was established in 1894. PORT ANGELES CHAMBER WELCOME Welcome to Port Angeles, Washington, the gateway city of the Olympic National Park – one of the largest and most popular parks in America’s national park system. We are also the departure point for the Coho Ferry, connecting us to Victoria, Canada, and we are the proud home of the Port Angeles Lefties baseball team in the summer, and the popular Winter Ice Village in the winter. With a temperate climate, rural lifestyle, diverse outdoor recreation, and a vibrant business community, Port Angeles is the most populous and the most popular destination for the nearly 3.5 million people who visit the North Olympic Peninsula each year.
