#.「 新春街事件 」 “ Sky plan ” scenario in court 陳浩遠，法官之兒，小時因父工作的緣故，時常出入其父的辦公室。偶然 在新春街中目睹一樁兇殺事件。剛開始作為證人接受調查，而後卻被當成 代罪羔羊進入了黑牢。最後另名法官認為案情有詭，重新審判，浩遠被當 庭釋放，喜極而泣，成為自由之人離去。

St u d y o f cu r r e n t p lan 士林地方法院是利用合院中庭的原則來安排，一則將地院與檢察署的量體 均分，達到兩位一體的需求，也表達檢查、審判體系的平行關係。由於檢 方較少接觸民眾；而院方與民眾關係較密切，也較頻繁，所以空間的布局 也釐清出官、民兩套系統。此建築大門朝西，乃法務行政官員進出要道。 朝東大門與南北兩側門，則是ㄧ般民眾進出口。
