! ! Crònica de la repressió feixista contra el poble català i de la seva heroica resistència.! !
El nostre darrer butlletí internacional del mes de setembre plantejava que aquesta tardor seria testimoni de fets clau per a la construcció de la República Catalana. Des d’aleshores hem viscut una espiral repressiva iniciada el 13 de setembre per l’estat espanyol amb el desplegament a Catalunya de més de 10.000 efectius de la policia i la guàrdia civil, veritables forces d’ocupació de llarga tradició feixista i catalanòfoba.!

Des d’aleshores va començar una campanya d’assetjament a persones, col.lectius i fins i tot empreses per evitar que el poble català exercís amb normalitat el seu dret a l’autodeterminació. El 20 de setembre es produeix la detenció de funcionaris del govern català i el poble, espontàniament, pren els carrers en protesta contra la repressió.!
!
L’estat espanyol mostra la seva veritable cara al món amb la violència policial indiscriminada contra els votants del referèndum de l’1 d’octubre. Malgrat els cops, les amenaces i vexacions , i fisn i tot les agressions sexuals perpetrades per les forces d’ocupació espanyoles en desenes de pobles i ciutats contra tot tipus de ciutadans indefensos, més de 2.260.000 persones (un 49% del cens) van votar, i d’aquestes, un 90% a favor de la independència. (Cal tenir en compte que les forces policials van aconseguir segrestar urnes en zones amb més de 400.000 persones empadronades, amb la qual cosa els experts calculen que la participació s’hauria situa en el 55%)!

El 3 d’octubre es produeix la primera Vaga General, en què milions de persones, moltes d’elles no vinculades a l’independentisme ocupen els carrers en protesta per l’actuació policial i exigint la retirada de les forces d’ocupació.!

El 17 d’octubre, l’Audiència Nacional espanyola, hereva del Tribunal de Orden Público franquista, envia a la presó els líders de les dues associacions de l’independentisme civil, Jordi Sànchez i Jordi Cuixart, acusats de sedició. Cal destacar que en cap de les mobilitzacions convocades per les seves entitats, incloent les manifestacions de més de milions de persones dels 11 de setembre i la vaga general del 3 d’octubre, no hi havia hagut ni un sol incident, no s’havia tirat ni una sola pedra ni s’havia trencat un sol vidre! El 21 d’octubre, més de 600.000 persones marxen per Barcelona demanant el seu alliberament.!

Davant la deriva autoritària de l’estat, la seva negativa a negociar, la generalització de la repressió i l’anunci de la intervenció de les institucions catalanes, el Parlament català declara la independència i proclama la República el dia 27 d’octubre, complint així amb el mandat popular sorgit del referèndum.!

Immediatament, l’estat espanyol intervés les institucions catalanes, dissol el nostre Parlament, ordena l’empresonament del nostre govern legítim, provoca l’exili del nostre President, envia administradors colonials a Catalunya i convoca il.legítimament unes eleccions sota el seu control per triar un parlament autonòmic. Un Cop d’Estat en tota regla!!

El 8 de novembre, el poble organitzat passa per sobre del xantatge de la patronal i els sindicats del règim i es duu a terme una nova vaga general en què desenes de milers de persones que col.lapsen el país de punta a punta, amb talls a totes les vies i mitjans de transport terrestre. Finalment, l’11 de novembre, de nou, més d’un milió de persones es manifesten a Barcelona reclamant la llibertat dels empresonats i el respecte a les nostres institucions.!

En resum, Catalunya té avui presoners polítics segrestats per l’estat espanyol, un President legítim a l’exili i un poble mobilitzat en defensa dels seus drets i llibertats. Al davant: la repressió d’un
estat espanyol en plena deriva feixista i la vergonya d’unes institucions de la UE còmplices dels abusos i violacions flagrants dels drets humans perpetrats per l’estat ocupant.!
! ! ! Què està en joc en la lluita per la República Catalana?! !
La Declaració aprovada pel Parlament el 27 d’octubre que proclama la creació de la República Catalana diu textualment en la sev apart introductòria “La República catalana és una oportunitat per corregir els actuals dèficits democràtics i socials, i construir una societat més pròspera, més justa, més segura, més sostenible i més solidaria.” I més tard, afegeix en la part resolutiva: “INICIEM el procés constituent, democràtic, de base ciutadana, transversal, participatiu i vinculant.” !
!
No és, doncs, simplement un problema de banderes o identitats. Es tracta de fer possible el somni de qualsevol demòcrta d’esquerres arreu del planeta i es tracta també, com no, del pitjor malson per a qualsevol oligarca o aprenent de dictador que tingui per únic objectiu mantenir un poble dòcil i submís als dictats del podre establert. No és d’estranyar, doncs, el paper vergonyós jugat per Junker, Tusk, Tajani, Macron i altres governants i buròcrates de la UE al servei del gran capital.!

En aquestes circumstàncies, davant la deriva autoritària de l’estat espanyol, i com ja han fet, entre altres la Marcha Patrótica colombiana i moviments d’esquerra llation-americans, diverses organitzacions de l’Esquerra Europea i l’Esquerra Verda Nòrdica , governs i parlamentaris de països de llarga tradició democràtica, sindicalistes andalusos, activistes madrilenys, la gent que estima la justícia i la llibertat a Galícia, a Euskalherria, a Irlanda, Escòcia o Rojava… entenem que l’única resposta possible a la nostra revolució democràtica és el reconeixement i la solidaritat.!

Perquè a Catalunya, a més de la nostra llibertat, es juga avui també la possibilidad real que l’estat espanyol avanci pel camí de l’aprofundiment democràtic vers una tercera República, o bé que retrocedeixi a les essències del franquisme.!
!
L’èxit o fracàs de la República Catalana obrirà o no la porta al reconeixement i l’exercici del dret a l’autodeterminació dels pobles d’Europa, com a forma pacífica i democràtica de resolució de conflictes.!
!
El nostre procés constituent serà un exemple per fer avançar la democràcia participativa a través de l’empoderament popular al continent europeu, o bé la nostra derrota suposarà la victòria de l’autoritarisme oligàrquic i l’extensió de noves formes de feixisme.!

Per tot plegat ens veiem legitimats a reclamar la solidaritat dels demòcrates i la gent d’esquerres d’arreu del planeta. El reconeixement internacional de la República Catalana, la denúncia sistemàtica i conseqüent de la involució autoritària de l’estat espanyol i l’exigència de la llibertat per als presos polítics, la retirada de les forces d’ocupació i la fi de la repressió han de ser, ara mateix, principis programàtics essencials de qualsevol defensor d’un món basat en la justícia, la llibertat i la cooperació entre iguals.!
! HELP CATALONIA, STOP FASCISM, WELCOME CATALAN REPUBLIC! ! ! ! ! Més de 100 agressions feixistes arreu dels Països Catalans. Prou impunitat!! !
Amb la connivència de la judicatura, les forces policials i els poders mediàtics, diferents bandes espanyolistes d’orientació feixista estan desplegant una campanya sistemàtica d’agressions arreu dels territoris de parla catalana. Més de 100 comptabilitzades des d’octubre. !

A Catalunya, la majoria s’han produit durant o després de manifestacions unionistes, convocades sovint pel partit sectari i catalanòfob “Ciudadanos” o les seves marques blanques, en moltes hi han participat policies de paisà, i han tingut per víctimes des de veïns que es negaven a cridar “arriba España” i persones nou-vingudes de religió musulmana, fins, especialment, periodistes catalans i de fora de l’estat espanyol. (Per contra, la quasi-totalitat de la premsa espanyola és còmplice de la violència feixista per instigació, justificació i manipulació sistemàtica)!

Tot i això, les víctimes principals han estat persones i entitats que s’han manifestat partidàries del dret a l’autodeterminació, de la defensa i la promoció de la llengua i la cultura catalana, essent les més sonades l’agressió a Palma (Mallorca) contra membres d’una entitat cultural i una plataforma sobiranista i l’atac brutal contra els manifestants que commemoraven la diada del 9 d’Octubre aa País Valencià. !

Cal recordar que no és un fenomen nou, ja que València ha estat el principal front de batalla del feixisme espanyol contra tota diversitat cultural i lingüística i tot intent d’empoderament popular des de finals dels anys 70 del segle passat. Aquest atac de grups neo-nazis organitzats és especialment greu perquè demostra novament la impunitat i la cobertura que el feixisme té per part de la premsa, les entitats esportives, les màfies i els polítics vinculats al PP i la dreta valenciana.!

I tampoc és casual: en els darrers anys, la dreta espanyolista ha anat perdent la seva hegemonia al País Valencià i a Les Illes, les forces democràtiques i d’esquerres han avançat posicions i el la defensa del dret a decidir s’ha anat estenent arreu del territori. I, de nou, aquesta és l’única resposta que Espanya sap donar: la violència i el feixisme.!

Es confirma, un cop més, que tan sols la ruptura democràtica respecte l’estat espanyol i el règim hereu del franquisme pot garantir la supervivència del nostre poble en mínimes condicions de dignitat i llibertat.!

! Chronicle of fascist repression against the Catalan people and its heroic resistance. In our latest international newsletter (September 2017 we explained that this fall would witness key facts for the construction of the Catalan Republic. Since then, we have experienced a repressive spiral that has begun on September 13th when Spain deployed in Catalonia more than 10,000 police and Guardia Civil troops, true occupation forces of long-standing fascist and anticatalan tradition. Since then, a campaign of harassment against, groups and even companies has begun in order to prevent the Catalan people from exercising their right to self-determination with normality. On September 20th the arrest of civil servants of the Catalan government took place and the citizens, spontaneously, takes the streets in protest against repression. Spain has shown its true face to the world with indiscriminate police violence against voters during the referendum on October 1st. In spite of the viaolence, threats and humiliations, and all sexual assaults committed by the Spanish occupation forces in dozens of towns and cities against all types of helpless citizens, more than 2,260,000 people (49% of the census) were able to vote, with a turn out of 90% in favor of independence. (It is necessary to take into account that the police forces were able to kidnap ballot boxes in geographic areas with more than 400,000 registered citizens, reason why the experts calculate that the participation would be placed in 55%) On October 3rd, the first General strike took place, in which millions of people, many of them unrelated to independentism, occupy the streets in protest of police action and demanded the withdrawal of the occupation forces. On October 17th, the Spanish National Court, inheriting from the Franco’s Court of Public Order, sent the leaders of the two civil associations related with the independentism, Jordi Sànchez and Jordi Cuixart, charged with sedition. It should be noted that in any of the mobilizations convened by its entities, including the demonstrations of more than one million people on September 11th and the general strike of October 3rd, there had not been a single incident or violence o of any kind. Not single stone had been pulled or a single glass had been broken! On October 21st, more than 600,000 people march in Barcelona asking for their release. Faced with the authoritarian drift of the state, its refusal to negotiate, the generalization of repression and the announcement of the intervention of the Catalan institutions, the Catalan Parliament declares independence and proclaims the Republic on October 27th, fulfilling the popular mandate emerged from the referendum. Immediately, the Spanish state intervened in the Catalan institutions, dissolved our Parliament, ordered the imprisonment of our legitimate government, provoked the exile of our President, sent colonial administrators to Catalonia and unlawfully convened elections under his control for choose an autonomous parliament. On November 8th, the organized workers overlook the blackmail of the employer's and the trade unions of the regime and a new general strike is carried out in which tens of thousands of people collapsed the country from end to end, with cuts in the whole transport system. Finally, on November 11th, again, more than one million people manifest themselves in Barcelona demanding the freedom of the prisoners and respect for our institutions.
So as a summary we can say that Catalonia has now political prisoners kidnapped by Spain, a legitimate President in exile and a people mobilized in defense of their rights and freedoms. In the other hand: the repression of a Spanish state in the midst of fascist drift and the shame of the EU institutions as abettor of the abuses and violations of human rights perpetrated by the occupying state.

What is at stake in the struggle for the Catalan Republic? The Declaration approved in the Parliament on October 27th that proclaims the creation of the Catalan Republic states in its introductory part "The Catalan Republic is an opportunity to correct the current democratic and social deficits and build a society; more prosperous, fairer, more secure, more sustainable and more supportive. Mainly because, in addition to our freedom, Spanish state fins itself in a crossroad between progressing on the path of democratic deepening towards a third Republic, or going back to the essences of the Franco regime. The success or failure of the Catalan Republic will open or close the recognition and exercise of the right to self-determination of the peoples of Europe, as a peaceful and democratic way of resolving conflicts. Our constituent process will be an example to advance participatory democracy through popular empowerment on the European continent, or our defeat will be the victory of oligarchic authoritarianism and the extension of new forms of fascism. For all these reasons, we are legitimized to demand the solidarity of the Democrats and the leftwing people from all over the world. The international recognition of the Catalan Republic, the systematic and consequent denunciation of the authoritarian involution of Spain and the demand for freedom for political prisoners, the withdrawal of occupation forces and the end of repression must be, right now, the essential programmatic principles of any defender of a world based on justice, freedom and peer cooperation.

HELP CATALONIA, STOP FASCISM, WELCOME CATALAN REPUBLIC

More than 100 fascist aggression throughout the Catalan Countries. Stop impunity! With the collusion of the judiciary, the police forces and the media powers, different fascistoriented Spanish bands are deploying a systematic campaign of aggression throughout the Catalan-speaking territories. More than 100 cases have been counted from October. In Catalonia, most of these aggressions occurred during or after unionist demonstrations, often organized by “Ciudadanosâ€? a sectarian and anti-Catalan party or some of their white marks. Nor is it casual: in the last years, the Spanish-speaking right has been losing its hegemony in the Valencian Country and in the Islands, the democratic and leftist forces have advanced positions and the defense of the right to decide has been spreading all over the world of the territory. And, again, this is the only answer that Spain knows to give: violence and fascism. It is once again confirmed that only the democratic break with Spain and the heir of the Franco regime can guarantee the survival of our people in the least conditions of dignity and freedom.

Crónica de la represión fascista contra el pueblo catalán y de su heroica resistencia.! Nuestro último boletín internacional del mes de septiembre planteaba que este otoño sería testigo de hechos clave para la construcción de la República Catalana. Desde entonces hemos vivido una espiral represiva iniciada el 13 de septiembre por el estado español, con el despliegue en Cataluña de más de 10.000 efectivos de la policía y la guardia civil, verdaderas fuerzas de ocupación de larga tradición fascista y catalanófoba.! Desde entonces comenzó una campaña de acoso a personas, colectivos e incluso empresas para evitar que el pueblo catalán ejerciera con normalidad su derecho a la autodeterminación. El 20 de septiembre se produce la detención de funcionarios del gobierno catalán y el pueblo, espontáneamente, toma las calles en protesta contra la represión.! El estado español muestra su verdadera cara al mundo con la violencia policial indiscriminada contra los votantes del referéndum del 1 de octubre. A pesar de los golpes, las amenazas y vejaciones, y incluso las agresiones sexuales perpetradas por las fuerzas de ocupación españolas en decenas de pueblos y ciudades contra todo tipo de ciudadanos indefensos, más de 2.260.000 personas (un 49% del censo) votaron, y de éstas, un 90% a favor de la independencia. (Hay que tener en cuenta que las fuerzas policiales lograron secuestrar urnas en zonas con más de 400.000 personas empadronadas, con lo que los expertos calculan que la participación se situaría en el 55%)! El 3 de octubre se produce la primera Huelga General, en la que millones de personas, muchas de ellas no vinculadas al independentismo toman las calles en protesta por la actuación policial y exigiendo la retirada de las fuerzas de ocupación.! El 17 de octubre, la Audiencia Nacional española, heredera del Tribunal de Orden Público franquista, envía a prisión a los líderes de las dos asociaciones del independentismo civil, Jordi Sánchez y Jordi Cuixart, acusados de sedición. Cabe destacar que en ninguna de las movilizaciones convocadas por sus entidades, incluyendo las manifestaciones de más de un millón de personas de los 11 de septiembre y la huelga general del 3 de octubre, no había habido ni un solo incidente, no se había tirado ni una sola piedra ni se había roto un solo cristal! El 21 de octubre, más de 600.000 personas marchan por Barcelona pidiendo su liberación.! Ante la deriva autoritaria del estado, su negativa a negociar, la generalización de la represión y el anuncio de la intervención de las instituciones catalanas, el Parlamento catalán declara la independencia y proclama la República el día 27 de octubre, cumpliendo así con el mandato popular surgido del referéndum.! Inmediatamente, España interviene las instituciones catalanas, disuelve nuestro Parlamento, ordena el encarcelamiento de nuestro gobierno legítimo, provoca el exilio de nuestro Presidente, envía administradores coloniales a Cataluña y convoca ilegítimamente unas elecciones bajo su control por elegir un parlamento autonómico. Un Golpe de Estado en toda regla!! El 8 de noviembre, el pueblo organizado pasa por encima del chantaje de la patronal y los sindicatos del régimen y se lleva a cabo una nueva huelga general en la que decenas de miles de personas colapsan el país de punta a punta, con cortes en todas las vías y medios de transporte terrestre. Finalmente, el 11 de noviembre, de nuevo, más de un millón de personas se manifiestan en Barcelona reclamando la libertad de los encarcelados y el respeto a nuestras instituciones.!
En resumen, Cataluña tiene hoy prisioneros políticos secuestrados por el estado español, un Presidente legítimo en el exilio y un pueblo movilizado en defensa de sus derechos y libertades. Delante: la represión de un estado español en plena deriva fascista y la vergüenza de unas instituciones de la UE cómplices de los abusos y violaciones flagrantes de los derechos humanos perpetrados por el estado ocupante.!
! ¿Qué está en juego en la lucha por la República Catalana?! La Declaración aprobada por el Parlamento el 27 de octubre que proclama la creación de la República Catalana dice textualmente en su parte introductoria "La República catalana es una oportunidad para corregir los actuales déficits democráticos y sociales, y construir una sociedad más próspera, más justa , más segura, más sostenible y más solidaria.” y más tarde, añade en la parte resolutiva: "INICIAMOS el proceso constituyente, democrático, de base ciudadana, transversal, participativo y vinculante."! No es, pues, simplemente un problema de banderas o identidades. Se trata de hacer posible el sueño de cualquier demòcrta de izquierdas en cualquier rincón del planeta y se trata también, como no, de la peor pesadilla para cualquier oligarca o aprendiz de dictador que tenga por único objetivo mantener un pueblo dócil y sumiso a los dictados del poder establecido. No es de extrañar, pues, el papel vergonzoso jugado por Junker, Tusk, Tajani, Macron y otros gobernantes y burócratas de la UE al servicio del gran capital.! En estas circunstancias, ante la deriva autoritaria del estado español, y como ya han hecho, entre otros la Marcha Patrótica colombiana y movimientos de izquierda llatinoamericanos, diversas organizaciones de la Izquierda Europea y la Izquierda Verde Nórdica, gobiernos y parlamentarios de países de larga tradición democrática, sindicalistas andaluces, activistas madrileños, la gente que ama la justicia y la libertad en Galicia, en Euskalherria, en Irlanda, Escocia o Rojava... entendemos que la única respuesta posible a nuestra revolución democrática es el reconocimiento y la solidaridad.! Porque en Cataluña, además de nuestra libertad, se juega hoy también la possibilidad real que España avance por el camino de la profundización democrática hacia una tercera República, o bien que retroceda a las esencias del franquismo.! El éxito o fracaso de la República Catalana abrirá o no la puerta al reconocimiento y el ejercicio del derecho a la autodeterminación de los pueblos de Europa, como forma pacífica y democrática de resolución de conflictos.! Nuestro proceso constituyente será un ejemplo para hacer avanzar la democracia participativa a través del empoderamiento popular en el continente europeo, o bien nuestra derrota supondrá la victoria del autoritarismo oligárquico y la extensión de nuevas formas de fascismo.! Por todo ello nos vemos legitimados a reclamar la solidaridad de los demócratas y la gente de izquierdas de todo el planeta. El reconocimiento internacional de la República Catalana, la denuncia sistemática y consecuente de la involución autoritaria del estado español y la exigencia de la libertad para los presos políticos, la retirada de las fuerzas de ocupación y el fin de la represión deben ser, ahora mismo, principios programáticos esenciales de cualquier defensor de un mundo basado en la justicia, la libertad y la cooperación entre iguales.! Más de 100 agresiones fascistas en los Países Catalanes. Basta de impunidad!! Con la connivencia de la judicatura, las fuerzas policiales y los poderes mediáticos, diferentes bandas españolistas de orientación fascista están desplegando una campaña sistemática de agresiones en todos los territorios de habla catalana. Más de 100 contabilizadas desde octubre.! En Cataluña, la mayoría se han producido durante o después de manifestaciones unionistas, convocadas a menudo por el partido sectario y catalanófobo "Ciudadanos" o sus marcas blancas, en muchas han participado policías de paisano, y han tenido por víctimas desde vecinos que se negaban a gritar "arriba España" y personas migradas o refugiadas de religión musulmana, hasta, especialmente, periodistas catalanes y de fuera de España. (Por el contrario, la casi-totalidad de la prensa española es cómplice de la violencia fascista por instigación, justificación y manipulación sistemática)! Sin embargo, las víctimas principales han sido personas y entidades que se han manifestado partidarias del derecho a la autodeterminación, de la defensa y la promoción de la lengua y la cultura catalana, siendo las más sonadas la agresión en Palma (Mallorca) contra miembros de una entidad cultural y una plataforma soberanista, y el ataque brutal contra los manifestantes que conmemoraban la diada del 9 de Octubre en Valencia.! Hay que recordar que no es un fenómeno nuevo, ya que Valencia ha sido el principal frente de batalla del fascismo español contra toda diversidad cultural y lingüística y todo intento de empoderamiento popular desde finales de los años 70 del siglo pasado. Este ataque de grupos neo-nazis organizados es especialmente grave porque demuestra nuevamente la impunidad y la cobertura que el fascismo tiene por parte de la prensa, las entidades deportivas, las mafias y los políticos vinculados al PP y la derecha valenciana.! Y tampoco es casual: en los últimos años, la derecha españolista ha ido perdiendo su hegemonía en el País Valenciano y Las Islas Baleares; las fuerzas democráticas y de izquierdas han avanzado posiciones y la defensa del derecho a decidir se ha ido extendiendo por todo del territorio. Y, de nuevo, esta es la única respuesta que España sabe dar: la violencia y el fascismo.! BULLETIN INTERNATIONAL POBLE LLIURE N. 6 Novembre 2017 Chronique de la répression fasciste contre le peuple Catalan et de sa résistance héroïque. Notre dernier bulletin international du mois de septembre suggérait que cet automne allait être témoin de faits essentiels pour la construction de la République Catalane. Depuis là nous avons vécu une spirale répressive de la part de l’Espagne qui a débuté le 13 septembre avec le déploiement en Catalogne de plus de 10 000 policiers et effectifs de la Guardia Civil (corps militaire), véritables forces d’occupation avec une longue tradition fasciste et catalanophobique. Depuis ce moment-là, une campagne d’ harcèlement aux individus, groupes et même entreprises avait commencé, afin d’éviter que la Catalogne puisse exercer en normalité son droit à l’autodétermination. Le 20 septembre fonctionnaires du gouvernement catalan sont détenus et les gens, spontanément, prennent la rue pour protester contre la répression. L’Espagne montre son vrai visage au monde avec la violence policière sans discernement contre les électeurs du referendum du 1er octobre. Malgré les coups, menaces et humiliations et encore, agressions sexuelles perpétrés par les forces d’occupation espagnoles dans des dizaines de villes contre toutes sortes de citoyens sans défense, plus de 2 260 000 personnes (49 % du recensement) ont voté, et de celles-ci, un 90 % en faveur de l’indépendance. (Il faut prendre en considération que les forces de police ont pu détourner des urnes dans des zones où plus de 400 000 personnes inscrites, dont les experts en calculent que la participation pourrait avoir se trouver autour du 55 %) Le 3 Octobre est la première grève générale, pendant laquelle des millions de personnes, dont de nombreux qui ne sont pas indépendantistes, occupent les rues pour protester contre l’actuation policière et exigeant le retrait des forces d’occupation. Le 17 Octobre, l’Audiencia Nacional (Haute Cour) espagnole, héritière du Tribunal de Orden Publico (Cour d’ordre Publique) franquiste, emprisonne les leaders des deux associations de l'indépendantisme civil, Jordi à Sánchez et Jordi Cuixart, accusés de sédition. Il est à noter que, dans aucune des manifestations convoquées par ses entités, y compris des démonstrations de plus d’un million de personnes des 11 septembre et la grève générale du 3 d’octobre, il n’y a pas eu un seul incident, pas une seule pierre a été jetée, ni un seul vitre cassé! Le 21 octobre, plus de 600 000 personnes ont manifesté à Barcelone pour demander sa libération. Devant la dérive autoritaire de l'Etat, de la négative à la négociation, la généralisation de la répression et l'annonce de l'intervention des institutions catalanes, le Parlement catalan déclare l'indépendance et proclame la République le 27 octobre, en achèvent ainsi le mandat populaire sorti du référendum. Immédiatement, l'État espagnol intervient les institutions catalanes, dissout notre Parlement, ordonne l'emprisonnement de notre gouvernement légitime, provoque l'exil de notre président, envoie des administrateurs coloniaux en Catalogne et convoque illégalement des élections sous son contrôle afin de choisir un parlement autonome. Un coup d'état à part entière! Le 8 novembre, le peuple organisé passe à côté du chantage des employeurs et des syndicats du régime et une nouvelle grève générale est menée, au cours de laquelle des dizaines de milliers de personnes bloquent le pays entier, avec des coupures dans toutes les grandes routes et voies des et moyens de transport terrestre. Enfin, le 11 novembre encore, plus d'un million de
personnes se manifestent à Barcelone pour réclamer la liberté des prisonniers et le respect de nos institutions. En bref, la Catalogne a aujourd’hui des prisonniers politiques enlevés par l'Espagne, un président légitime en exil et un peuple mobilisé pour la défense de leurs droits et libertés. En face: la répression d'un État espagnol au milieu de la dérive fasciste et la honte de certaines institutions de l'UE complices des abus et les violations flagrantes des droits de l'homme perpétrés par l'État occupant.
! Qu’est-ce qu’il se joue en la lutte pour la République Catalane ? La déclaration adoptée par le Parlement le 27 Octobre qui a proclamé la création de la République catalane explicite dans l'introduction « La République catalane est une opportunité pour corriger les déficits démocratiques et sociaux actuels, et de construire un monde plus prospère, plus juste, plus sûre, durable et solidaire » Et plus tard, il rajoute dans la partie résolutive: «NOUS COMMENCONS le processus constitutif, démocratique, citoyen, transversal, participatif et contraignant». Ce n'est pas simplement, donc, un problème avec les drapeaux ou les identités. Il est possible de faire le rêve de tout démocrate de gauche dans le monde, et est aussi, bien sûr, le pire cauchemar pour tout oligarque ou apprenti de dictateur qui aie le seul but de garder un peuple docile et soumise aux diktats du pouvoir établie. Car en Catalogne, en plus de notre liberté, on s’y joue aussi la possibilité réelle que l'Etat espagnol progresse aujourd'hui sur la voie de l'approfondissement démocratique vers une troisième république, ou qu'il remonte aux essences du régime franquiste. Le succès ou l'échec de la République Catalane ouvrira ou non la reconnaissance et à l'exercice du droit à l'autodétermination des peuples d'Europe, en tant que moyen pacifique et démocratique de résoudre les conflits. Notre processus constitutif sera un exemple pour faire avancer la démocratie participative à travers l'autonomisation populaire sur le continent européen, ou notre défaite sera la victoire de l'autoritarisme oligarchique et l'extension de nouvelles formes de fascisme. Pour toutes ces raisons, nous sommes légitimés à exiger la solidarité des démocrates et des gauchistes du monde entier. La reconnaissance internationale de la République catalane, la dénonciation systématique et conséquente de l'involution autoritaire de l'Etat espagnol et la revendication de la liberté pour les prisonniers politiques, le retrait des forces d'occupation et la fin de la répression doivent ètre, en ce moment, les principes programmatiques essentiels de tout défenseur d'un monde basé sur la justice, la liberté et la coopération entre pairs. HELP CATALONIA, STOP FASCISME, BIENVENUE LA RÉPUBLIQUE CATALANE
! Plus de 100 agressions fascistes dans les pays catalans. Ça suffi l’impunité! Avec la collusion du pouvoir judiciaire, des forces de police et des médias, différents groupes espagnols fascistes déploient une campagne systématique d'agression dans tous les territoires de langue catalane. Plus de 100 ont été comptées à partir d'octobre. En Catalogne, la majorité a eu lieu pendant ou après des manifestations unionistes, souvent appelés par le parti Catalanophobique sectaire « Ciudadanos » ou leurs marques ; souvent de nombreux policiers en civil ont participé à ces manifestations, et les victimes de ce genre d’agressions ont été des voisins pu des gens qui ont refusé de crier "arriba España" ou musulmanes, ou même de journalistes catalans et de l'extérieur de l'Espagne. (Au contraire, la quasi-totalité de la presse espagnole est complice de la violence fasciste à travers l'instigation, la justification et la manipulation systématique) Cependant, les principales victimes sont des individus et des organisations qui se sont prononcés en faveur du droit à la légitime défense et la promotion de la langue et la culture catalanes, étant le plus connue l'agression à Palma (Mallorca ) contre les membres d'une entité culturelle et une plate-forme souveraine et l'attaque brutale contre les manifestants qui ont commémoré la journée du 9 Octobre dans le pays valencien. Mehr als 100 faschistische Aggressionen in den katalanischen Ländern. Keine aggression mehr!! !В нашем последнем международном инфописьме ( в сентябре 2017 года мы объяснили, что
эта осень станет ключевым моментом для строительства Каталонской Республики. С тех пор мы столкнулись со спиралью репрессий, которая началась 13 сентября, когда Испания направила в Каталонию более 10 000 полицейских и бойцов национальной гвардии, настоящие оккупационные силы давней фашистской и антикаталонской традиции.

Наконец, 11 ноября в Барселоне вновь собирается более миллиона человек, требующих свободы заключенных и уважения к нашим институтам.

!Это не просто проблема с флагами или идентификацией, чтобы сделать возможным мечту любого левого демократа в любом уголке мира, это также, конечно, худший кошмар для любого олигарха или начинающего диктатора, единственной целью которого является сохранение послушных и покорных людей, подчиняющихся установленной власти. конституционный процесс станет примером для продвижения демократии через расширения прав и возможностей людей на европейском континенте, или наше поражение будет победой олигархического авторитаризма и расширением новых форм фашизма.
!Ради всех этих причин, мы законно требуем солидарности демократов и левых людей со
всего мира. Международное признание Каталонской Республики, систематическое и последовательное осуждение авторитарной инволюции Испании и требование свободы политических заключенных, вывод оккупационных сил и прекращение репрессий, должны быть сейчас включены в программу любого защитника мира, основанного на справедливости, свободе и равенства.

Более 100 фашистских агрессий в Каталонских Странах. Остановите безнаказанность!

поддержкой судебных органов, полицейских сил и средств массовой информации различные фашистские группы Испании развертывают систематическую кампанию агрессии на всех каталонскоязычных территориях. С октября насчитывается более 100 случаев.
!В Каталонии большая часть этих агрессий происходила во время или после демонстраций сторонников единства, часто организованных «Сьюдаданос» - сектантской и антикаталонской партией или подобными им политическими группами. Результатом этих агрессий, во многих из которых принимали участие полицейские в штатском, были пострадавшие среди местных жителей, которые отказались кричать «Арриба Эспанья», а также новички и меньшинства, такие как мусульмане, а также каталонские и иностранные журналисты. (Основная масса испанской прессы, напротив, является соучастником фашистского насилия посредством подстрекательства, оправдания их действий и систематической манипуляции).
!Однако
основными жертвами были люди и организации, которые заявили о своей поддержке права на самоопределение, защиту и продвижение каталонского языка и культуры. Пик агрессии был зафиксирован в Пальме (Майорка) против членов культурной организации и суверенной платформы, а также жестокой атаки на граждан, которые отмечали День Валенсии 9 октября.
!Следует помнить, что это не новое явление, поскольку Валенсия была основным фронтом
сражения испанского фашизма против всего культурного и языкового разнообразия и каждой попытки расширения прав народа с конца 70-х годов прошлого века. Эта атака, организованная неонацистскими группами, особенно серьезна, поскольку она снова демонстрирует безнаказанность и охват, которые фашизм оказывает на часть средств массовой информации, спортивных организаций, мафию и политиков, связанных с партией ПП и ультра правыми Валенсии.
!И это не случайно: в последние годы испанские партии правых постепенно потеряли контроль над Валенсией и островами - демократические и левые силы выдвигают свои позиции, и борьба за права распространяется повсюду на их территории. И, опять же, здесь мы можем видеть единственный ответ, который может дать Испания: насилие и фашизм. Все это еще раз подтверждает, что только демократический разрыв с Испанией и наследником режима Франко может гарантировать выживание нашего народа в условиях достоинства и свободы.
