A framework for moving from ideas and pilots to adoption at scale Digital Health & Care Innovation Centre (DHI) – a part of the Scottish Funding Council’s Innovation Centre Programme – developed a 5-stages innovation process model. It applies design innovation, collaboration networks, specialist innovation support and key technical assets to improve health and care partners’ readiness to iterate, test and embed digital within their services. In an interview with Janette Hughes, Director of Planning and Performance at DHI, we explore how to transform ideas into solutions.
The vision of the DHI highlights that “innovation in digital health and care will help the people of Scotland live longer, healthier lives and provide sustainable and inclusive growth for our economies.” How do you plan to transform this mission into solutions and outcomes?
