Events Coordinator Role Overview Organize and create events for AIESEC Ottawa’s local chapter, in order to encourage member retention and to motivate members to become more engaged with AIESEC.
Main Responsibilities -
Create and run the “big socials” of the month

Communicate with AIESEC chapters abroad to establish a link with AIESEC Ottawa
-
Plan one international general assembly with an international local chapter at the end of the semester

Attend team meetings of assigned portfolio to monitor team progress (through minute-taking)

Collect monthly PDTs from your assigned VP and assess them with your VP TM
Key Performance Indicators -
# of members that attend socials & international assembly % of member retention NSP score (survey at the end of the semester)
Team Minimums -
Attend GAs and “big socials” Take minutes during weekly team meetings Ability to manage time well, very organized, dedicated.
