Steps b
1. Create an account on our online enrolment portal, fill in the forms and upload your photo (obligatory).
2. Prepare the required documents and upload photocopies to your Individual Recruitment Account.
3. Attend an interview (applies to: Graphic Design and Multimedia Art, Interior Design and Graphic Design at the Faculty of New Media Art, both bachelor's and master's degree studies).
4. Within two weeks of submitting the complete set of required documents, you will receive (at your e-mail address) a decision of the Admissions Committee regarding your admission status.

5. Within two weeks from the date of the Committee’s decision, you should pay tuition fee, sign a contract with the university and provide original documents (in case you provided photocopies at the beginning of the recruitment process). A contract is a type of agreement that sets out the obligations of PJA it to you and vice versa.
6. In order to get an Alien Certificate of Admission (the certificate which is required for legalization of stay in Poland or for a student’s national Polish visa) you have to pay a tuition fee at least for the first semester of study in advance.
Computer Science

Admission to studies is based on the candidate's secondary school-leaving certificate (high school diploma). For full-time studies, it is required to pass an exam from at least one of the following subjects: mathematics, physics or computer science. Candidates who wish to study in English should possess the command of the language confirmed by Extended Matura, iB Diploma, or one of the certificates: ieLt S – 6,5 or higher; t OeFL – 80 or higher; t Oeic – 750 or higher; British Council English Score – 400 or higher; F ce – Grade c (min. 160 points); Duolingo –100 or higher; c A e /c Pe . In the case of the absence of a document, the candidate has to pass an interview (via Google Meet). The interview aims to verify the candidate's level of the English language.

In the case of differences in curricula, the candidate must take into account the necessity to complete individual subjects before or during the completion of the master's studies. Admission to studies is based on the presentation of a portfolio with artworks and an interview. The interview aims to verify the candidate's level of the English language and covers the following topics: painting, architecture, theatre, film, exhibitions, museums. The portfolio should include the following works: ǟ preferred format 70×100 cm ǟ human figure by nature (min. 5 works) ǟ still life (min. 5 works) ǟ other forms (any number of works) ǟ preferred format 70×100 cm ǟ landscape (min. 5 works) ǟ still life (min. 5 works) ǟ other forms (any number of works) ǟ in A5 format or larger ǟ color or black&white ǟ min. 10 works ǟ digital photos are also accepted ǟ portrait photography, landscape, a composition of choice, or reportage photography
Candidates have the opportunity to consult the works included in the portfolio in advance. Only after the positive review of the portfolio, the candidate will be invited for an interview.

Full-time mode. The admission procedure is based on the presentation prepared by the Candidate. The presentation should also include a portfolio. The purpose of the presentation is to present the intended master's project (thesis). The presentation should be prepared in English and is presented by the Candidate during the interview. The objective of the interview is an assessment of the candidate’s communication skills and readiness for the selected programme path.
Part-time mode. Admission is based on an interview. The candidate provides documentation of their artistic achievements: presents their diploma work as well as selected paintings, drawings, photographs and design works created during undergraduate or graduate degree studies.

Admission to studies is based on the presentation of a portfolio with artworks and an interview about general knowledge of art history and architecture. The portfolio should include the following works: ǟ format 70×100 cm or 50×70 cm ǟ min. 10 works

Still life sketches ǟ format A4 ǟ min. 10 works
The drawing, painting, and sketches presented in the portfolio should be made from nature and include character study, still life, landscape, perspective drawing, interior. The total number of works should not exceed 40 works. A format larger than 70×100 cm will not be accepted.

Admission is based on the presentation of a portfolio of artwork and an interview. During the interview, candidates present a compulsory work on a given topic. The format of the work: 60×60cm. The composition should include all the required elements. Technique is chosen by the candidates. Candidates have the opportunity to consult the works included in the portfolio in advance. Candidates present a portfolio of their own work to the Admissions Committee. Preference will be given to versatility and showcasing the candidates’ own passions and artistic interests. The portfolio should include the following works: any technique any technique (e.g. rendering, 3D scenes, websites, animations, etc.) any technique advertising prints, business cards, corporate identity elements, etc. classic or digital, digital retouching also possible works from other fields related to the term 'fine arts' will be an additional asset
The portfolio does not have to include all types of work listed, but the more comprehensive it is, the better. It is recommended that at least 2–3 works are handmade (without the use of digital techniques). There is no limit on the number of works (neither upper nor lower). However, we recommend showing the widest possible range of the candidates’ artistic capabilities. We also do not require the candidates to present samples of all of the above areas, although of course the wider the range of techniques presented, the better.

Computer Science And Mathematics
In the Computer Science and Mathematics class, classes in various fields of computer science are offered so that, at later stages of their education, students can consciously choose a specialisation that suits their interests. The core subjects are, of course, programming-related, but in addition to this students also learn about: computer system design, data algorithms and structures, basic database terms or currently developing areas such as cybersecurity principles or Big Data.
PJA it Academic High School holds a significant place on the educational map of Warsaw. Established in 2007, it offers original curricula which guarantee the acquisition of comprehensive knowledge and are the basis for a good start at university, especially PJA it. Candidates can choose one of three profiles: Computer Science and Mathematics, Cultural Studies or Art and Computer Science. The proximity of the Polish-Japanese Academy of Information Technology allows students to use its infrastructure, attend lectures and events organised by the Academy. Subjects related to the class profile are taught by PJA it assistants. Thanks to the friendly learning atmosphere and the teaching methodology used, the popularity of the high school is growing more and more each year.

Arts And Computer Science
Enrolling in a Cultural Studies class allows students to become acquainted with the fascinating culture, art and history of the Far East – both traditional culture and contemporary pop culture such as manga or anime. An additional advantage of this class is the obligation to take an Oriental language course. Students can also participate in events promoting Japanese culture organised by the High School and the Academy.
Students of the Arts and Computer Science class discover both theory and artistic practice. They learn the secrets of the style and technique of masters from the past and try their hand at classical painting and sculpting. Finally, students combine their experience with the classics with the possibilities offered by new computer technologies and thus they enter the world of modern art, which provides an artist with unlimited possibilities.
