Portland Timbers (USA) v Olimpia (Honduras) Providence Park – Portland, Oregon, USA September 16, 2014 In a battle of undefeated sides, the Portland Timbers (1-0-0, 3 points) welcome Olimpia (2-0-0, 6 points) -- one of only two teams to qualify for all seven editions of the CONCACAF Champions League (CCL) -- to Providence Park on Tuesday for a key Group 5 contest. The match will be Portland’s first-ever at home in the CCL, while the Lions make their third trip in the competition to the USA (2012/13 v Houston Dynamo; 2013/14 v Sporting Kansas City. Olimpia’s Antony Lozano scored the only goal in Honduras’ 1-0 win over Nicaragua in the Central American Cup’s match for fifth place on Saturday in Los Angeles.
