PGMAG: Gary, so good to have you on today’s interview with Lady Anita.

GH: It is always a pleasure sharing energy with you Lady Anita.

PGMAG: Please introduce yourself to our readers.

GH: The simple answer is that I am a teacher. As I have grown, I have come to understand the importance of sharing the wisdom I have gained. I teach Master Classes, I have written 5 books, and I communicate with people from all over the world on a daily bases. I have 135,000 followers on 5 social media platforms.

PGMAG: Your messages are inspirational and most of the wisdom that you have shared over the years has been instrumental to the success of many people around the world. What are the keys to living a life of fulfilment?

GH: Invite stillness into your life. Slow down. Practice “being’ more than “doing”. Look within for answers and guidance. Embrace your own power.

PGMAG: What are some of the lessons you have learned from the global challenge (Covid-19)?

GH: I have observed how people handle fear. The core of a human is revealed in times of stress or fear, and our biggest fear is of death. When you can lose the fear of death, is when you can really live for the first time.

PGMAG: Please tell us about your new book.

GH:

Early in 2021 I will be releasing my latest book, “Lessons For A Spiritual Warrior”. The core concept is that there are basic laws of life, and when we understand and embrace them, we empower ourselves to create a life of peace and harmony with Universe.

PGMAG: The evolution that is happening right now is affecting everyone in different ways. As a teacher and mentor, what are some of the steps needed in order to remain relevant in the place of service (Marketplace)?

GH: To start, we must realize that all true leadership is servant leadership. Next, as a leader we must become better at observing. Our true goal is returning people to themselves. Help them realize their power and show them that all their answers are already within them.

PGMAG: Tell us about the special charity that is very close to your heart.

GH: I am inspired by the work that the Power House Global group is doing. I also support Lyme Disease Research and Child Abuse Prevention.

PGMAG: What is your message for world leaders?

GH: Be a servant leader. Inspire. Bring out the wonderful talents of your followers.

PGMAG: If you knew what you know now, what would you do differently?

GH: I would tell my younger self to embrace the power that each of us has. Within us is endless wisdom and immense power.

PGMAG: The issue of mental health is on the increase due to the global challenge (Covid-19). What are some of the keys to staying mentally healthy?

GH:

The pandemic has forced us to face our fears. We hope for most it has compelled us to look within and evaluate how fear controls our lives. As we take responsibility for our own lives, we move away from being a victim. That basic, but important step, is a core to our mental health and emotional intelligence.

PGMAG: A lot of businesses are struggling to stay afloat due to the impact of the global crisis. As a leader, what are some of the steps that could help to mitigate the losses already experienced by these businesses?

GH: Businesses and organizations by nature must be in a constant state of change. The virus has reminded us of that basic rule. Embrace change. Adapt. Empower yourself and your people. Practice compassion for employees and customers.

PGMAG: Finally, what is your message for our youth?

GH: Never give away your own power by falling into victimhood. You are the creator of your life.

PGMAG: Thank you for being a great support of our mission. Thank you for your time, and we wish you and your family a great 2021.

GH: Thank you Lady Anita. Wishing you and all of mankind peace in the new year.
