Currently co-author of 8 books and soon to arrive her solo book, “The Authenticated Voice”, she has also written articles in publications and ran her own magazine called Cultures as a Youth Incentive when she was 21 years old.

Teacher of Yoga and Meditation at local gyms, community centres and part of healing retreats, she enjoys learning the different modalities and yoga lineages.

Jaswinder has been an active tutor, teacher, trainer for the past 30 years in the field of

Counselling and Hypnotherapy as well as client work in the areas of mental health, sexual health, sexual assault, domestic abuse, addictions, relationship issues and specialism in trauma work and liberating fears.

After a trauma that made her life do a 360 degree turn, she broke, shattered, nearly died and was saved by a mystical experience guided to her by her grandfather in spirit who was a Bhakti Yogi and Sufi Master. Jaswinder was born at his house and always felt a strong connection to him and feels she is the one carrying on his work. In the mystical experience she met Jesus and through the power of Christ Consciousness she reinvented her life. Her journey took her to many countries and masters with him she trained and learned.

Retrained as therapist and the opportunities came in very quickly where she had counselling projects and teaching contracts. Jaswinder feels that her clients and students have been a huge mirror in her journey of healing and is at a pivotal point in her life ready to take her work to another level of healing that will be inspired by her new book.

Jaswinder has worked in many community projects and met Prince Charles who came to acknowledge work she was involved in and was interviewed by the BBC on his visit. She has also been on other TV shows and many radio shows and was invited to the House of Lords for High Tea with the Baronnes of Scotland.
