Neetha Sanjay is a Singapore based, ICF Certified Life & Career Coach who specializes in empowering women to live their desired lives.

Known for her dynamism and passion, Neetha tailors her coaching services to her local and global clients throughout their stages in the empowerment journey. Leading with compassion, Neetha’s innate confidence is what allows her clients to confide in her and feel connected to their inner strengths and be assured of their own resolve.

Prior to her transition into coaching, Neetha trained as a dental surgeon, where she focused on giving people beautiful smiles. Now, she coaches women to achieve their career and life goals, enabling them towards happiness on their own terms – still bringing smiles wherever she goes.

Her goal is to empower a million women by 2030, and she’s well on her way towards that. Beyond this, she is a community leader for the elderly and women through her roles as Board Director at Sree Narayana Mission and various leadership roles at PrimeTime Business and Professional Women’s Association, respectively. By integrating community service as an essential part of her routine, Neetha works tirelessly to ensure that the elderly are given a dignified life and that women are able to reach their highest potential.

Neetha believes that to cause global change, we have to empower the next generation of female leaders to have the courage and confidence in standing up for themselves and others. She does this through mentoring young women facing adversity to establish their careers and go on to inspire those in their communities to become empowered as well.
