National Cordon Bleu Day

MONDAY, APRIL 4 Restaurants at Grand Lodge Hall

The restaurants will feature a chicken cordon bleu sandwich at lunch with chicken, ham, Swiss and dijon mayo on a kaiser roll. For dinner, we will be serving a chicken cordon bleu with lemon-dijon Swiss cheese sauce.

Savor a beef and beer cheese sandwich on a pretzel roll with crispy onions for lunch and pretzel crusted pork cutlets with cream honey mustard sauce for dinner.

Chef Adam brings his tour of the world from Eisenlohr to the Restaurants of Grand Lodge Hall with the flavors of Egypt. He will cook up a special Egyptian special for everyone to try.
