During this class, you will learn and experience many techniques used for meditation and relieving stress and gain an understanding of mindfulness and how to achieve it in everyday moments. In addition, you will learn the benefits of meditation and being mindful for your mind, body and spirit. You will walk away with several simple, mindful exercises you can do every day. Enjoy an evening of music with one of our favorite piano players. Karl takes us on a musical adventure, from ragtime to standards, classical to rock ’n’ roll and patriotic pieces. Karl’s career has taken him from coast to coast and beyond our borders to span decades of great music with his capable flair and energy. Lite Switch Dance Party

The band’s vocalist and guitarist, Tim Latchell, is also part of the duo KJ & TL, who play at Masonic Village. Tim’s Lite Switch bandmates include Vic and Frank on drums, guitar and keyboard. There will be refreshments and beverages, and, of course, the dance floor will be open.
