MEET THE TEAM ANGIE PARKINS Angie is a qualified nurse as well as being a supremely talented crafter. She’s recently moved to Canada where she lives with her cartoonist husband. The multi-talented Angie is a whiz on iceskates too!

JO KILL Jo has always been crafty but got into papercrafting after her sister made her own wedding invitations. She likes experimenting with different techniques, but her favourites are distressing & paper piecing. Jo loves to be busy and enjoys watching movies and spending time with her family.

KIM FEE Kim used to make her own ceramics, using a kiln in her shed, until an illness in the family made her find an indoor hobby. Kim’s favourite techniques include stamping and die-cutting, plus she’s partial to a bit of découpage. When not crafting she enjoys watching TV and hates ironing.

Hello... ...and welcome to the second issue of the inspirational and unique Just Great Papers! We’ve got an array of gorgeous new papers to tempt you and bump up those crafting supplies, with designs suited for all-year-round use including flowers, snowflakes and stripes. There’s a total of 96 exclusive papers for you to sink your crafting scissors into, and our designers demonstrate just some of the beautiful cards you can create with them, through easy-to-follow steps and helpful hints and tips. We get festive with our creations featuring stamping and glitter this issue, while Angie Parkins tackles Christmas with some contemporary makes. Kim Fee shows you how to make your own découpage designs from patterned papers, Jo Kill brings us creations using pens and doodling in her stunning signature style, and Marieke demonstrates a huge range of one-of-a-kind cards using simple punches and haberdashery accents. There’s something for everyone within these pages, so you can create beautiful cards no matter what your level of experience. We hope you enjoy this instalment of Just Great Papers just as much as the first and would love to hear your thoughts. Contact us with your say at letters@practicalpublishing.co.uk or leave us a message on our website forum at www.craftsonthenet.co.uk. Happy crafting!
