INTOUCH Corporate Social Responsibility สมเด็จพระเทพรัตนราชสุดาฯ สยามบรมราชกุมาร� เสด็จพระราชดำเนินเยี่ยมชม ศูนย การเร�ยนรู พันธุ ข าว ชุมชนบ านดักคะนน จ.ชัยนาท นับเปนเกียรติและความภาคภูมิใจของอินทัช ที่สมเด็จพระเทพรัตนราชสุดาฯ สยามบรมราชกุมารี เสด็จพระราชดำเนินเยี่ยมชมศูนยการเรียนรูพันธุขาว ชุมชนบานดักคะนน ตำบลธรรมามูล อำเภอเมือง จังหวัดชัยนาท หนึ่งในศูนยการเรียนรูของแคมปสนุกคิดกับอินทัช โดยมีคุณสมประสงค บุญยะชัย ประธานกรรมการบริหาร กลุมอินทัช ผูนำชุมชน ขาราชการ และชาวบานในพื้นที่รวมเฝารับเสด็จ โดยพระองคไดเสด็จทอดพระเนตรนิทรรศการ และ ความเปนมาของศูนยการเรียนรูฯ ที่ทำหนาที่รวบรวมและเผยแพรองคความรูเกี่ยวกับการทำนา การปลูกขาว และวิถีชีวิตของชาวนาในชุมชนบานดัก คะนน ชวยสงเสริมอาชีพในชุมชน เพื่อใหชุมชนสามารถอยูไดดวยตนเอง โดยเฉพาะการทำนาปลอดสารพิษ และการทดลองปลูกพันธุขาว เพื่อหาสาย พันธุขาวที่เหมาะสมกับพื้นที่ เปนเมล็ดพันธุตนแบบสำหรับแจกจายสูชุมชนนำไปเพาะปลูกในแปลงนา โดยมีการจัดทำแปลงทดลองและพัฒนา เพื่อให ไดพันธุขาวที่มีความสมบูรณและวิธีปลูกขาวที่มีความหลากหลายตามแนวพระราชดำริ ทั้งนี้ศูนยการเรียนรูฯ ซึ่งเปนบานไมทรงไทยยกพื้นสูงยังถือเปน อาคารตนแบบในการแกปญหาและเตรียมรับมือกับอุทกภัยไดเปนอยางดี นอกจากนี้ พระองคยังไดเสด็จทอดพระเนตรแปลงนาและการทำนาขาว ไรซเบอรรี่ การปลูกพืชผักแบบลอยน้ำ และการสีขาว พรอมกันนี้ไดทรงปลูกตนมะกอกน้ำ 1 ตน และทรงลงพระนามาภิไธยในสมุดที่ระลึก

อินทัชน อมนำหลักปรัชญาของเศรษฐกิจพอเพ�ยงสู การปฏิบัติ พร อมนำเยาวชนร วมทำกิจกรรมกับชุมชนใน จ.สกลนคร และจ.พ�ษณุโลก อินทัช เปดโอกาสใหนักศึกษา นักเรียน โรงเรียน และชุมชน รวมกันจัดทำศูนยการเรียนรูเศรษฐกิจ พอเพียงของโรงเรียนและชุมชน โดยไดนอมนำหลักปรัชญาของเศรษฐกิจพอเพียง มาเปนแนวทาง ดำเนินงาน ภายใตโครงการ แคมปสนุกคิดกับอินทัช ที่จัดอยางตอเนื่องเปนปที่ 12 ซึ่งไดทำพิธีเปด ศูนยไปแลว 2 ศูนย “ศูนยการเรียนรูการปลูกหมอนบานชมภูพาน” การปลูกหมอนเปนอาชีพดั้งเดิมของชุมชนบานชมภูพาน ซึ่งโรงเรียนบานชมภูพาน จ.สกลนคร และ คนในชุมชนมีความตองการที่จะอนุรักษภูมิปญญา และวิถีการปลูกหมอนเอาไว จึงไดรวมมือกับ นักศึกษาจากมหาวิทยาลัยนครพนม มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏสกลนคร จัดทำศูนยการเรียนรูการปลูก หมอนบานชมภูพาน เพื่อใหเปนแหลงรวบรวมและเผยแพรองคความรูเกี่ยวกับวิธีการปลูกและคุณ ประโยชนของหมอนสายพันธุตางๆ เชน หมอนพันธุบุรีรัมย 60 สกลนคร 72 และพันธุเชียงใหม รวมถึงการแปรรูปเปนผลิตภัณฑตางๆ เพื่อเพิ่มมูลคา เชน ชาใบหมอน และน้ำลูกหมอน ตลอดจน อนุรักษภูมิปญญาของการเลี้ยงไหม “ศูนยพัฒนาทักษะยุวเกษตรกรเศรษฐกิจพอเพียงบานทาหมื่นรามตามแนวพระราชดำริ” จัดทำโดยนักศึกษามหาวิทยาลัยนเรศวร, มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏลำปาง, มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏอุตรดิตถ, ชุมชน และนักเรียนโรงเรียนวัดทาหมื่นราม อ.วังทอง จ.พิษณุโลก สงเสริมใหเยาวชนไดเรียนรูและ ฝกฝนทักษะดานเกษตรกรรม อาทิ การเลี้ยงสัตว, ปลูกพืชผัก, ทำนา, ทำปุย รวมทั้งการทำเกษตร แบบปลอดสารเคมี เพื่อสรางรายไดเลี้ยงตนเองและครอบครัวได นอกจากนี้ยังชวยใหชุมชนรักและรวม ดูแลสิ่งแวดลอมโดยเฉพาะสงเสริมใหทำไรนาสวนผสมทดแทนการปลูกพืชเชิงเดี่ยว หรือการปลูกพืช ชนิดเดียวกันทั้งหมดในพื้นที่เดียวกันซ้ำๆ เพื่อหวังผลผลิตในปริมาณมากๆ รวมถึงลดการใชสารเคมีที่ ทำใหดินเสื่อมสภาพเร็ว และกอใหเกิดอันตรายตอผูใชดวย

Her Royal Highness Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn visited Rice Species Learning Center of Ban Dak Kanon Village, Chainat INTOUCH is honored and proud that Her Royal Highness Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn paid a royal visit to Rice Species Learning Center of Ban Dak Kanon Village, Tambol Thammamoon, Amphoe Muang, Chainat, one of the Camp Sanook Kid with INTOUCH. Mr. Somprasong Boonyachai, Chairman of the Executive Committee, INTOUCH Group, led the Community Heads, Government officers and villagers welcomed Princess Sirindhorn to watch the exhibition and history of Learning Center compiling and distributing knowledge on rice farming, rice growing and life way of farmers of Ban Dak Kanon Village. The supports focus on occupation for self living such as hazard-free rice farming, experiment on rice breeds suitable to areas and distribution of prototype seeds to grow in rice farm. The experiment plots were made for development of rich breed and a variety of rice growing according to His Majesty the King’s Initiative.

The Learning Center featuring a Thai-style wooden house with high floor is the role model for flood protection. Princess Sirindhorn also witnessed Riceberry farming, water floating planting and rice milling. Princess Sirindhorn graciously grew a Hog Plum tree and signed her royal name on the commemorative book.

INTOUCH humbly applies the Philosophy of Sufficiency Economy and leads the youths to do activities with communities in Sakonnakhon and Pitsanulok INTOUCH opened the opportunity for students, schools and communities to found Sufficiency Economy Learning Center for school and community inspired by the Philosophy of Sufficiency Economy for implementation as part of the Camp Sanook Kid with INTOUCH, organized for 12 consecutive years. The opening ceremony was made for Two Centers.

“Sericulture Learning Center of Ban Chompoopan” Silk farming is the original occupation of Ban Chompoopan Community. Ban Chompoopan School, Sakonnakhon and people in the community, wishing to conserve local wisdom and silk farming method, in cooperation with students from Nakhonphanom University and Sakonnkhon Rajbhat University, created Sericulture Learning Center of Ban Chompoopan as the place to compile and disseminate sericulture method and benefits of each silkworm breed including Buriram 60, Sakon nakhon 72 and Chiangmai as well as transformation to various value-added products such as mulberry tealeaf and mulberry juice.

“Sufficiency Economy Young Farmer Development Center of Ban Thamuenram Based on His Majesty the King’s Initiative” Organized by students of Naresuan University, Lampang Rajabhat University, Uttaradit Rajabhat University, Community and student of Ban Thamuenram School, Amphoe Wangthong, Pitsanulok, the Center encourages youths to learn and practice agricultural skills including animal farming, plant and rice growing, fertilizer production and chemical-free agriculture to earn income for ones and families. Moreover, the Center supports the community to love and care environment by promoting joint plantation in replacement of single plantation or growing the same plant repeatedly in the same areas to get high yield as well as reducing chemical substance that deteriorates soil condition and harm the users.

สรุปผลการดำเนินงานไตรมาส 2/2555 2Q12 Performance Overview

Consolidated operating results อินทัชรายงานรายไดจากการขายและการใหบริการในไตรมาส 2/55 ที่ 2,311 ลานบาท เพิ่มขึ้นรอยละ 8 จากไตรมาสเดียวกันของปกอน และรอยละ 9 จากไตรมาสกอนหนา เนื่องจากการเพิ่มขึ้นของราย ไดจากธุรกิจดาวเทียมเปนหลัก In 2Q12, INTOUCH reported revenue from sales and service growth of 8% YoY and 9% QoQ to Bt2,311mn, mainly from growth of satellite business.

สวนแบงผลกำไรจากเงินลงทุน ตามวิธีสวนไดเสียซึ่งสวนใหญมาจาก เอไอเอสเพิ่มขึ้นรอยละ 26 จากไตรมาสเดียวกันของปกอน แตลดลง รอยละ 4 จากไตรมาสกอนหนา มาอยูที่ 3,545 ลานบาท เนื่องจาก การเพิ่มขึ้นและลดลงของสวนแบงผลกำไรสุทธิของเอไอเอส โดยอยูที่ 8,713 ลานบาทในไตรมาส 2/55 Revenue from share of profit of associated, mainly from AIS, increased by 26% YoY but decreased by 4% QoQ to Bt3,545mn as a result of AIS’s net profit jumped 43% YoY but dropped 2% QoQ to Bt8,713mn in 2Q12.

มีกำไรสวนที่เปนของเจาของของบริษัทใหญ ในไตรมาส 2/55 จำนวน 3,470 ลานบาท เพิ่มขึ้นรอยละ 30 จากไตรมาส 2/54 แตลดลงรอยละ 2 จากไตรมาส 1/55 เนื่องจากการเพิ่มขึ้นและลดลงของสวนแบงผลกำไรจากเงินลงทุนจากเอไอเอส โดยการเปลี่ยนแปลงสวน ที่เปนของเจาของของบริษัทใหญสามารถอธิบายไดดังนี้ • สวนแบงผลกำไรจากเอไอเอสเพิ่มขึ้นรอยละ 26 เมื่อเทียบกับไตรมาส 2/54 เนื่องจากรายไดในการใหบริการเสียงที่ยังคงเติบโตตอเนื่อง และ รายไดจากการใหบริการขอมูลที่เพิ่มขึ้นถึงรอยละ 35 นอกจากนี้รายไดจากการขายอุปกรณเปนปจจัยเสริมการเติบโต โดยเพิ่มขึ้นถึงรอยละ 16 ตามความตองการการใชงานดานขอมูลที่เพิ่มสูงขึ้น อยางไรก็ตามสวนแบงผลกำไรจากเอไอเอสลดลงรอยละ 3 จากไตรมาส 1/55 เนื่องจากผล ของฤดูกาลที่มีการใชบริการดานเสียงลดลง รวมทั้งรายไดจากการขายอุปกรณที่ลดลงตามกระแสของ iPhone4S ที่ลดลง • สายธุรกิจดาวเทียมและธุรกิจโทรศัพทตางประเทศโดยไทยคม มีผลประกอบการที่ดีขึ้น โดยอินทัชรับรูผลกำไรจากไทยคมเพิ่มขึ้นถึงรอยละ 568 จากไตรมาสเดียวกันของปกอน และเพิ่มขึ้นถึงรอยละ 171 จากไตรมาส 1/55 มาอยูที่ 47 ลานบาท อันเปนผลจากการเติบโตอยางตอเนื่องของ ธุรกิจดาวเทียมจากการใหบริการดาวเทียมไทยคม 4 และ 5 • สายธุรกิจสื่อและโฆษณา มีสวนแบงผลขาดทุน 38.7 ลานบาท ซึ่งสวนใหญเปนผลจากการตั้งสำรองเผื่อดอกเบี้ยของสวนตางของคาอนุญาต ใหดำเนินการของไอทีวี ทั้งนี้ อินทัชรับรูสวนแบงผลขาดทุนจากไอทีวีตามสัดสวนการถือหุนที่รอยละ 52.92

had a consolidated net profit attributable to owners of the Company of Bt3,470mn, an increase of 30% YoY but decreased by 2% QoQ due to the impact from revenue from share of profit of AIS. The change of net profit attributable to owners of the Company is described below • The share of profit of AIS grew by 26% YoY mainly from the continually increased in voice revenue, rose in non-voice revenue of 35%, and jumped in sales revenues of 16%. However, the share of profit of AIS declined by 3% QoQ due to seasonality effect and demand for iPhone4S cooled off.

• Satellite and international businesses operated by Thaicom contributed net profit of Bt47mn, grew by 568% YoY and 171% QoQ. It was mainly due to an increase in sales and services revenue from satellite business under Thaicom 4 and 5.

• The media and advertising reported a loss of Bt38.7mn, mainly arising from ITV provision for interest on unpaid operating agreement fees. The Company recognized 52.92% of ITV’s loss, representing its investment portion.

การจ ายเง�นป�นผลของบร�ษัท เมื่อวันที่ 14 สิงหาคม 2555 ที่ประชุมคณะกรรมการบริษัทมีมติให อินทัชจายเงินปนผลระหวางกาลสำหรับรอบระยะเวลาบัญชีตั้งแต วันที่ 30 มีนาคม 2555 – 13 สิงหาคม 2555 ในอัตราหุนละ 2.20 บาท รวมเปนเงินประมาณ 7,054 ลานบาท โดยบริษัทกำหนดจาย เงินปนผลระหวางกาลใหแกผูถือหุนในวันที่ 12 กันยายน 2555

Dividend payment of the Company On 14 August 2012, the board of director of the Company passed a resolution to pay an interim dividend from operational result of 30 March to 13 August 2012 at Bt2.20 per share, in total of Bt7,054mn. INTOUCH scheduled to pay this dividend on 12 September 2012.
