The diffusers in glass are mainly produced according to artisan blowing techniques and mould pressing, flanking these traditional methods with the very latest modern procedures, where a qualitative advantage is obtained. Artisan execution limits can be found in particular in the blown-glass diffusers. In fact, it is not possible to blow two examples of the same type in a perfectly identical manner. Slight differences in the thickness of the glass, the weight and overall dimensions or the presence of tiny bubbles and streaks in the mixture must not be considered defects, but unavoidable characteristics of hand-blown glass.
