KEY FEATURES OF THE SITE The north-western side of the site is probably the least favourable as built up area because it

directly faces the south hence its hottest during summers.  The central part of the site has the widest contour and a reasonable slope of less than 5% which is suitable for roads/circulation.  Highest peak is on the south-western part of the site, hence can be used as a view point.  Due to the high wind flow on the site, structures that have wind trap are functional here.

YEAR/SEC: SECOND YEAR ‘B’

DRAINAG E the site most of the water gets Due to slope of

collected in the middle. So the main drainage line can be constructed in the middle and sub-division of the drainage line can go across the site so that the water does not accumulate on site or near the site. The main drainage line will take the water down.

SITE ZONING

BILASPUR, HIMACHAL PRADESH, INDIA This area is also steep hence can be used for more sports like zip line.

This area is steep so if we have to construct something then we have to cut the contours by removing the soil. This area can be used as view point for the guest as the area will provide a nice scenic view.

This area can be used for activities like trekking and hiking

This area has less slope and is the entry area to the site ,so parking can be placed here for easy entry and exit

REMARKS

SLOPE GRADING PLAN OF THE SITE SHEET NO.

This area on site has least slope and is higher so structures can be constructed easily without changing the contour

03 C DATE OF SUB. 11/03/2021

This area is not high in altitude but can provide a nice scenic view of the whole side and the gobind sagar.

South side of our site is steep but construction is possible by subtraction of soil. By tampering the contour, we can also provide a restaurant here or a terrace area for scenic view.

This is the highest point on site. This area can also be used to construct trek roads for use as a point for the guest to see beautiful sunrise
