CONCLUSION
This diploma project, a research intensive and design conceptualizing effort has been a great learning experience. Understanding all major elements of a retail system that effectively put together creates an unique shopping experience for a customer was indeed informative. An iterative thinking at macro and micro level of pharmacy retailing was an effective task. Retrospecting, I have been able to conceptualize and develop designs based on the research carried out. Research and gathering data initially is indeed the starting point for a design solution. All course modules in the past 3 semesters have been the foundation for this project and all learnings during these semesters have connected various dots for an holistic understanding of retail system.
