In another words you can say that they y have a tendency y to ignore g all above described facts because they are addicted to bribe & it seems that it’s included in every nerve off them. h
g to setup p even a small How much it’s tough factory just forget about Big Industry. Just setup a factory, various Dept. has been lagged behind you, you firstly Forest Environment Dept. Dept followed by Mines & Geology Dept., Pollution Control Board, Power Dept., p Labour Dept., p Fire dept., Police Dept., Income Tax Dept., Compliance Agencies, list is long you can’t count it… it alongwith local mafia mafia’ss hafta & don don’tt forget to give donation to Politicians & NGO’s if you want to running your factory peacefully.
You come to office to accomplish your task & see the activities of factory, but you have to nudge with these depts., NGO’s, Politicians etc. almost thrice a week… 50% Energy has been waste of your top management to tackle them.

In current scenario we can can’tt assist enforcement agencies on account of Complicated Rules & Regulations. g We can’t abide Laws, p principles p & guidelines; even we accomplish all the proper filing & documentations etc… they finds l loopholes h l i our task… in k thus h we have h to entertain them. That’s what the reason we try to avoid them

I can’t think even in my y dreams to entertain them unless there is a utmost urgency to call them because they are not just a Corruptionists but also a bunch b h off White Whit Collar C ll Criminals. C i i l If police li or these officials just enter into our premises then we feel a kind of shivering g ran through g in our entire nerve system, and we forget everything & our entire management become mismanagement, suppose any earthquake th k has h came to t our premises. i

These agencies are most powerful & in India Industrialists haven haven’tt power even to protest them. The real problem with these agencies is they never come to us when we initialize our industry, suppose you you've ve got clearance from Forest Environment Dept. & carry on your activities, suddenly you’ll get a show-cause notice for revoking environment clearance for failing to obey it’s conditions. (Cause could be anything) because it’s really very easy to point out faults in anybody’s y y work.
