AGE 7-18 (OR UPON INSTRUCTORS APPROVAL) with Sensei Stephen Tuazon 6th degree Black Belt in Danzan Ryu Jujitsu & Kosho Ryu Kenpo Karate. Student of Professor James Muro, over 30 years of experience. This course covers Karate (kicking and punching), Jujitsu (grappling and body throws) as well as Escrima (weapons training). You will get a balanced approach to martial arts. Environment is friendly and emphasis is put on how to defend yourself. This is a safe fun way in which to learn self defense. Questions? KUK SOOL MARTIAL ARTS FOR PRESCHOOLERS

AGE 4-5 with Hafez Adle Kuk Sool Won Martial Arts for Pre-School kids is a great class to start younger kids with no experience. Students will learn etiquette of martial arts while practicing their fundamental self defense, kicks and rolls.

TAEKWONDO

AGE 6-18 with Gerardo Ortiz 5th Dan black belt in the art of Taekwondo and certified instructor of Kukkiwon (World Taekwondo Headquarters) and the World Taekwondo Federation (WTF) This Korean martial art program incorporates both modern sport with the traditional art, emphasizing respect, discipline, and a positive attitude towards learning. Students develop endurance, strength, speed, flexibility, and balance; skills that are essential to all athletics. Since this program began in 1997, MetroTKD has provided students the opportunity to compete at local tournaments and achieve black belt certification through the World TaeKwonDo Federation.
