WEDDING TIMELINE
We love connecting with couples and offer a variety of ways to consult: in-person meetings, scheduled phone appointments, or via facetime/video chat. We passionately believe that the bond and trust factor between a couple and their chosen photographer will profoundly impact the flow and success of the wedding day. The process of a consultation will give you guidance and peace of mind as you move forward with your wedding planning.
Upon selecting your package, we will deliver a contract to you for review via email. The contract is then executed with your signature and retainer. A payment schedule will be included in the contract for 3 equal amounts with the first 33% due upon receipt of contract, the second due at the halfway point to the wedding date, and the final payment due one week prior to the wedding day.
Together, we will create a timeline that allows for creative detail capture, unexpected moments, transition time, and ample coverage of each important piece of the day. We find that the full story of your wedding day is best told with our Heirloom package and will guide you through the process of selecting which is best for you. We will also work with your wedding planner to ensure a seamless flow with your wedding vendor team.

PHOTO DELIVERY
On your wedding day, we encourage having fun, consciously taking in the fleeting moments (we will remind you!), and focused connection with each other so that the most authentic moments are allowed to unfold. You can expect to laugh, feel the most beautiful you ever have, and to have our guidance throughout the photography process. Our couples typically place a high priority on their photos, and we honor this by working with you to ensure that everything is captured based on prior conversations that we will have leading up to the big day.
You can expect your images to be delivered in 6-8 weeks. You will receive a link to an online gallery containing full resolution, watermark-free images and a copyright release. The images are all edited and consistent with the style on our website and social media platforms.

THE WEDDING EXPERIENCE
We focus on a journalistic style of photography. Limiting the number of posed and staged photographs, we try, instead, to highlight the laughter, tears and passion a couple feels naturally. Understanding each person is unique in their style, personality, and biography, we produce images that reflect that individuality. Driven by lighting and shooting the images just right ‘in-camera’ allows us to lean on our photographic expertise rather than a post process of heavy editing. p e r de P i r B PORTRAITS
Some of the most beautiful moments of the wedding day unfold as a bride prepares for her groom. This is a process we prefer to take slowly so that she will remember how it feels to finally zip up her gown, fasten her earrings and slip into her shoes with the help of those people closest to her. During these moments, there are tears to wipe, gifts to open and champagne bottles to pop, each one is an absolute honor to capture.

As a groom prepares to see his bride, a second photographer will capture his interactions with his groomsmen, his reaction to a gift or card that his bride sends to his room, and details such as groomsmen gifts. Typically, the second photographer will then escort the groom to the “first look” location where he awaits his bride.

Bridal party portraits typically consist of the following groups: - a large group to include the bride, groom, bridesmaids and groomsmen - a group of the bride and bridesmaids - individual photos of the bride with each bridesmaid - a group photo of the groom with the groomsmen - individual photos of the groom with the groomsmen These photos are casual, quick and fun as we snap them in portrait style, as well as during natural interaction. Details are also captured of the bouquets, boutonnières, jewelry and cuff links.
CEREMONY Your ceremony site and ceremony details such as signs, programs, and florals will all be captured 30 minutes before the ceremony begins. Guest arrival and candid interactions are also captured. During this time, the bride and groom are usually freshening up and preparing to line up for the ceremony. During the ceremony, two photographers will shoot from different angles, providing you with a wide and close-up perspective of your vows.
R E C E P T I O N D E TA I L S & R E C E P T I O N Your reception details are captured either prior to the ceremony, or at the end of cocktail hour before guests enter the space. We will capture your florals, place settings, decor, escort card, signs and wedding cake in both wide and close-up detail shows. We pay very close attention to detail, even lighting candles and straightening chairs when necessary, to give you the most beautiful memory of your wedding reception space. As you enter the room for introductions, first dance and toasts, two photographers will capture these events simultaneously with guest reactions as well.
PORTRAITS Portraits are captured during cocktail hour, usually ending at sunset depending on the timeline for your day. We begin with family photos and work with the largest group first, narrowing it down to smaller groups as we go along. We will work from a list of requested family groups that will will be a part of a questionnaire that you will complete prior to the wedding. Next we capture remaining photos of the wedding party, and finally the bride and groom. Your second photographer will capture cocktail hour and photos of your guests mingling, along with guests requests.

D O Y O U R E Q U I R E A D E P O S I T T O S AV E M Y D AT E ? Our retainer is 33% of your package price. The next payment is due at the halfway date between booking date and the wedding date. The final payment is due one week before the wedding.
HOW MANY PHOTOS WILL YOU RECEIVE?
We guarantee 100 images per hour. An 8 hour wedding will receive a minimum of 800 images.
DO YOU EDIT THE IMAGES?
All images are bath edited for color corrections and exposure adjustments when needed and are consistent with the images on our website and social media platforms. Retouching services are available for an additional fee and may include blemish removal, teeth whitening, skin softening and object removal.
WHEN CAN WE EXPECT TO VIEW OUR IMAGES? Your wedding gallery will be posted 6-8 weeks following your wedding. Your flash drive and prints will be mailed within 7 days of your images being posted on your online gallery.

Your high resolution digital files will include a copyright release with permission for personal reprinting with no limit to size or quantity.
IS COPYRIGHT SHARED?
Yes, copyright is shared for use of your images on marketing materials and in the event of publication on blogs or magazines.
