In 2019, Premier Parking and Metropolis Technologies formed a partnership and set out to raise the bar for commercial real estate leaders and their stakeholders. With mobile apps creating frictionless consumer experiences across all verticals, our customers now expect a modern day parking experience that matches the way they experience all goods and services in everyday society.
SEAMLESS ACCESS The Metropolis sign up process takes less than a minute and is only required once. Facilities equipped with instructional signage that makes parking comfortable - not confusing. After a guest visits a Metropolis-enabled facility, has signed up and selects their parking duration whether via our consumer app or the valet's tablet - they can simply scan a QR code at the facility for any future visit. Our consumer app brings parking into the digital environment with payment tokens, instant validations, location-specific subscriptions, network-wide memberships, and an entirely checkout-free experience.

AUTOMATED VALET TECHNOLOGY 1. Check-In: Instead of a paper ticket, guests can check-in their vehicle with their mobile number or license plate. Shortly after the guest receives a "Welcome" text with instructions on how to retrieve their vehicle. 2. Check-Out: When it's time to leave, the guest replies to the "Welcome" text to request their vehicle or walk up to the valet stand and show the valet the "Welcome" text. 3. Vehicle Delivery: Guests will be notified via text when their vehicle is ready for pick up. A link to leave Premier Parking a review on Google is included for them to rate their parking experience.

ENFORCEMENT Prior to Metropolis, enforcement was a cumbersome and costly process. This was particularly challenging at locations with a high volume of both transient parkers and monthly parkers. With Metropolis' enforcement application, on-site staff can quickly see if a vehicle needs to be ticketed based on a red or green dot next to a license plate in the Metropolis enforcement application.
Select a site. Enforcement officers select the garage or lot they are going through using the iOS app.
Review payment. License plates are displayed with red and green dots indicating whether their time has expired or they have not paid.
Enforce. With Metropolis, instead of defaulting to ticketing, customers are incentivized to sign up and finish their account creation, including updating their payment info.
