The purpose of Premier Care’s new Standard Operating Plan is to establish the processes and protocols to be followed by Premier Parking team members, leadership, and management, in order to ensure operational readiness following the Coronavirus pandemic and the resulting consequences. PREMIER CARE CORE SERVICES VALET PARKING All Valet Team Members are equipped with proper PPE including masks to be worn at all times during each shift and single-use gloves for each vehicle interaction. All work stations are cleaned at the start and end of each shift, as well as once every hour. Premier Care also can provide touchless valet options.
SHUTTLE All associates are equipped with proper PPE including masks and single-use gloves to be worn each time the shuttle is sanitized. Various cleaning and sanitation procedures are put in place for each shuttle, including daily, weekly and hourly requirements. Seating layouts accommodate social distancing.
ENHANCED SANITATION ADD-ONS Get the Full Detail of Premier Care with our new enhanced cleaning services, including:
WHEEL CHAIR CLEANING & SANITATION Ensure patients are transported throughout the facility safely and without coming in harm's way.
COVID-19 SCREENERS Offer 24/7 protection of all facility entrances. Screeners must follow a welcoming, organized, no exceptions approach to their roles in order to best protect the patients, staff, and visitors at their facility.
SELF-PARK Associates are equipped with proper PPE including masks to be worn at all times and gloves to be worn during any physical interaction with a patient or visitor. Cashier booths, offices, tables, machines, phones, etc. are to be sanitized at the start and end of each shift as well as once every hour. Premier Care also offers remote monitoring services, preventing the need for physical attendants in self-park faciltiies.
PATIENT FOCUSED SERVICES Associates must utilize the following PPE: masks are to be worn at all times during each shift and gloves are to be worn during any patient or guest interaction (ex. taking the temperature of a patient). Work stations and work tools are to be sanitized at the start and end of each shift, as well as each hour during the shift.
PURE This product’s disinfecting period begins immediately on contact and last for over 24 hours.
