METROPOLIS VALET TECHNOLOGY. CHECK IN: Instead of a paper ticket, patients/guests can check-in their vehicle with their mobile number or license plate. Shortly after, they will receive a welcome text with instructions on how to retrieve their vehicle. CHECK OUT: When it's time to leave, the patient/guest replies to the welcome text to request their vehicle or can walk up to the valet stand to show the valet the welcome text. VEHICLE DELIVERY: Patients/guests will be notified via text when their vehicle is ready for pick up.
