Go BIG or Go HOME Customer Appreciation Sale Southwestern Style Sunday, November 6th, 2015 Comanche County Fairgrounds - Lawton Oklahoma Hosted by Crossroads Genetics & Premium Blend Genetics

$5000 Grand Male - $5000 Grand Gilt $300 Breed Champions Male & Gilt Schedule 9:00 A.M. All entries must be checked in. 10:00 A.M. Sift - Males followed by Gilts 2:00 P.M. Sale – Males followed by Gilts Information & Requirements $5000 will be awarded to Grand Male & Grand Female and the consigners will receive sale proceeds. $300 will be awarded to each Male & Gilt Breed Champion. All entries must be sired by sires owned by Crossroads Genetics or Premium Blend Genetics through direct semen purchases or bred gilt purchases. Grand Male & Grand Female will be genetically tested to verify parentage to a PBG or Crossroads Genetics sire. Payment of the $5000 Grand Prize will be paid upon verification of parentage. Any other entry may also be tested to validate parentage at the discretion of Crossroads Genetics &/or Premium Blend Genetics. Costs of all testing will be paid by Crossroads Genetics & Premium Blend Genetics. Pigs will be shown by breed and sex. Pigs will be classed by breed appearance & pedigrees will not be required. Pigs may be moved to light or dark cross at the discretion of Crossroads Genetics & Premium Blend Genetics. Barrows & boars will be shown together. Each breed will have a sift for their individual breed. Dark Cross & Light Crosses will show in separate divisions and both will compete for Grand Overall. All animals selected for the sale must be sold through the auction. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of any sale proceeds of any prospect sold by the consigner and will affect participation in future sales. Animals not selected for the sale may be sold privately immediately after the sift. Fees The entry fee is $25 for all entries. Entries may be pre-entered by mailing the form at the bottom or may be made at the sale. Barrows/boars/gilts/breed may be substituted at time of entry Commission A commission fee of 15% will be charged on all pigs sold. Proceeds from the sale will be mailed to the seller within 30 days of the sale date. In case of insufficient funds and\or nonpayment by the buyer, settlement with seller will be delayed until collection is secured. Tagging for Lot Numbers of the Pigs – Tags will be provided and must be in place to identify each pig in the sale. Tags for all pigs will be provided to permit ease of identification of lots. Pedigrees All pigs must have standard system of ear notches. Transfer of pedigrees is the responsibility of the seller and is expected no later than 45 days after the sale.


Health Requirements 1.EACH ANIMAL ENTERING THE FAIRGROUNDS MUST BE LISTED ON AN OFFICIAL INTERSTATE CERTIFICATE OF VETERINARY INSPECTION (CVI) ISSUED BY A LICENSED, ACCREDITED VETERINARIAN. THIS INCLUDES DELIVERIES AND PARKING LOT PURCHASES. A. All animals and CVI’s will be inspected by state officials prior to unloading. B. Multiple animals may be listed on the same original CVI. However, breeding stock and weanling pigs must be entered on separate original CVI’s. C. All entries coming from outside of Oklahoma MUST obtain an interstate permit number. Only your accredited veterinarian may obtain this permit number by calling the Oklahoma Department of Agriculture at 405.522.6141. D. CVI’s are not required to be stamped by the state of origin.

2.CVI’s MUST BE ISSUED ON OR AFTER Monday October 10th, 2016, WITH THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION: A. Name and address of consignor; consigned to: Fall Classic • Stephens County Expo and Fair 2002 South 13 Street Duncan, OK 73533 B. ALL animals (including deliveries and parking lot purchases) MUST be officially identified with a federally-approved, permanently-numbered ear tag. For more information on federally approved ear tags, click here. C. Ear-notches and ear tag ID number of each animal MUST be listed on the CVI. D. Health status of animal, including dates of required tests and vaccinations MUST be listed. E.A premises ID number MUST be included on the CVI. F. Your veterinarian’s cell phone number MUST be included on the CVI. G.ALL CVIs MUST CARRY THE FOLLOWING STATEMENTS – “Farm or origin of swine: 1.Has not had pseudorabies or swine dysentery in the last 12 months 2.Has not had any clinical signs or diagnosis of TGE or PEDv in the last 60 days 3.Feeds no raw garbage and uses no PRV vaccine 4.Is not under quarantine for any disease condition 5. Has not had vesicular stomatitis diagnosed within 10 miles of farm or origin in the last 30 days 3. REQUIRED TESTS: A. PSEUDORABIES (PRV) TESTING: 1. ALL ANIMALS MUST be individually tested for PRV on or after Monday Oct 10th, 2016 UNLESS animals come from a PRV-qualified herd. i. Swine tested must have all official identification (sex, ear tag and ear notch) along with date blood sample was drawn (month, day and year) listed on CVI. ii. Animals must test PRV-negative with all results on the dated CVI. iii. Either the ELISA (gB ELISA), ALA or S/N tests are acceptable. Differentiable ELISA (g1 ELISA) test will NOT be accepted. Iv .If the herd of origin is PRV qualified, individual testing of each animal is not required. In this case, the PRV qualification number must appear on the CVI and the most recent quarterly herd test date (month, day and year) must be stated on the CVI.

B.BRUCELLOSIS TESTING: 1.ALL ANIMALS MUST be individually tested for brucellosis on or after Friday, Oct. 21, 2016 UNLESS animals originate from a validated brucellosis free herd. i. Swine tested must have all official identification (sex, ear tag and ear notch) along with date blood sample was drawn (month, day and year) listed on CVI. ii. Animals must test brucellosis negative with all results on the dated CVI. iii. The RAP, Standard Plate, Standard Tube or BAPA brucellosis tests are all accepted. iv. If the herd of origin is brucellosis validated, individual testing of each animal is not required. In this case, the validation numbers must appear on the CVI and the most recent quarterly herd test date (month, day and year) must be stated on the CVI. ________________________________________________________________________________________
