EnerG Wellness Program is getting results at Rolla Presbyterian Manor
When Rolla Presbyterian Manor activities director Conni Moore first heard about the EnerG Wellness Program being offered by Aegis® Therapies, she knew it was exactly what she’d been looking for.
“I knew we needed to switch things up and get more creative with our activities,” she said. “This program combines therapy and wellness and
really brings the physical and the emotional together.”
While residents still enjoy more traditional activities, like bingo, Moore said offering more opportunities for things like strength training, brain exercises like trivia, etc. have made a measurable difference for residents.
Community
“Our residents are eating better, sleeping better and never bored,” she said. “From physical exercise to playing cards to different types of strength and brain training, we’re doing it all.”
There’s no doubt Rolla Presbyterian Manor residents are thriving under the EnerG Wellness Program! u
