A Commerce graduate of UCC and a Fellow of the ACCA. Peter has worked with progressive owner manager businesses for over 25 years. He has gained experience from working in professional practices in both Ireland and the UK, culminating in the establishment of the practice in 1997. Peter specialises in providing corporate compliance protection and assisting clients with the development of their business. He believes that high value can be provided to clients in helping them to structure the future development of their business.
A graduate in History and Economics from UCC in 1993. Vivian has spent his career working closely with owner manager businesses and has over 17 years experience in practice in both Dublin and Cork. He joined the practice as a partner in 2005. Vivian specialises in providing business advisory services to progressive owner managers. He works closely with high net worth individuals providing wealth management and planning advice. He also focuses significantly on the provision of the firms international services.
Gail has over 15 years experience within practice and joined Roberts Nathan as partner in 2008. Gail is a fellow member of the ACCA and an Associate member of the Irish Tax Institute. She provides a personalised, value added audit and taxation service to the firm’s client base along with a proactive business partner approach in the key aspects of clients business to assist and advise in their development. Brendan has over 10 years experience in practice in Dublin. He spent 9 years with a mid tier practice and a further 2 years with a top 10 Firm, prior to joining Roberts Nathan as Office Managing Partner in the Dublin office. Brendan’s areas of expertise include the provision of business advisory and compliance services to owner managed companies across a wide variety of sectors. Brendan also has considerable experience in the Charity and Not-for-Profit sector. He has developed strong technical skills and has extensive experience in the area of corporate governance.
Brendan Malone is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Ireland. Having trained with a four partner firm he subsequently spent 8 years working with one of the ‘Big 4’ firms in Dublin. Brendan was a founding partner of Malone Power & Co, Chartered Accountants in 1982. He is an accredited Mediator and a member of Mediation Forum Ireland. He is a former nonexecutive director of The Rail Procurement Agency (Luas) and The Dublin Docklands Development Authority (DDDA).
Seán, having qualified as a Chartered Accountant spent 8 years with a large International Accounting practice. He subsequently spent 4 years in Industry as Financial Director of a group of privately owned trading companies before the formation of Malone Power & Company in June 1982. This firm merged with Roberts Nathan in November 2013. He is a very experienced practitioner, advising a large portfolio of owner manager clients and SME's.

Vivian F Nathan became Chairman of Roberts Nathan in late 2009. He holds a BComm (1964) and is a Fellow of Chartered Accountants in Ireland (1968). He is a former member of the Council of Chartered Accountants in Ireland and a former Chairman of the Consultative Committee of Accountants Taxation Group in Ireland 1993 to 1997. He is a member of the International Tax Planning Association and Former President of the Transnational Taxation Network. Vivian has a wealth of senior management experience.
Peter has tax experience across a wide variety of business sectors including media, entertainment, retail, financial services, information technology, property investment and intellectual property. He has worked at a senior taxation level with a number of leading firms in Cork and Dublin and has more than 25 years’ experience in the delivery of professional advisory services. Peter specialises in providing bespoke taxation services that require different sets of skills, work approaches and processes.
Aileen joined Roberts Nathan in 2002, obtained her membership to ACCA in 2007 and was appointed Manager in 2007. Aileen’s area of expertise is in the provision of audit and assurance services to small to medium sized companies and owner-managed business in all sectors. She brings over 10 years experience in planning and executing audit assignments and has particular experience in the preparation and analysis of financial statements and reporting recommendations.

Susan joined the firm in 2008 following 10 years as Financial Controller of a large foreign multinational based in Ireland. Susan is the Manager of our Financial Outsourcing department which specialises in the provision of all aspects of Financial and Management Accounting along with Payroll Administration. Her areas of expertise include financial accounting and control, the preparation of budgets/forecasts, resource allocation, cash management and organisational review.
Liam joined the firm in 2006 and has over 13 years experience across industry and practice. Liam works closely with our clients providing an on site management accounts and management support function and provides clients with the ability to react quickly based on timely reliable information. He is Xero Certified and is at the forefront of our implementation of Cloud Based Accounting Systems. This creates a partnership between our outsourcing department and our clients, ensuring access to financial information in real time.
Ber joined Roberts Nathan in 2007 and has worked with the firm in a number of senior administrative roles prior to her appointment as Financial & Administration Manager in 2013. She is responsible for the development of the firms IT and technical systems. She manages all administration and office procedures within the firm along with liaising with clients on a daily basis and assisting with any queries which arise. In addition, Ber oversees the Human Resources and Financial Operations of the practice.
