FX Bend:
Extraordinary Press Brake Technology FX Bend technology is truly innovative. The technology is extremely advanced and provides users with a reliable and easy-to-use machine. The FX Bend machine is made of two structures in mono-block Meehanite cast iron (with minimum breaking strength of 650 MPa) that are connected by two pairs of high-precision guides. This structure allows for high reliability in working operations, compared to a pressure-bending machine with an electro-welded structure. The final result is maximum precision and maximum tonnage along the entire bending length while avoiding beam deformation.
Features and Performance The uniqueness and quality standards are of the highest level in every detail of the machine. The Panasonic Toughbook interface for the operational management is resistant to a shock rating of 90 cm. (Panasonic test specifications) and the same high-resistance is tested with water and dust (IP65 rating). It’s a fully rugged 13.3” tablet featuring Intel® Core TM i5-3340M vPro TM (2.7GHz) processor, 500GB hard drive (up to 320GB), Windows® 7 Professional plus USB and WiFi connectivity. The backlit LED High Definition LCD display ensures maximum visibility in all lighting conditions, while the touch screen allows for easy input of data with your fingers, gloves, or a pen. The proprietary Euromac software features a simple and intuitive interface and the application includes all the necessary functions including graphical programming, a library of tools and bend simulation software. The back-gauge is available in 4 or 6 axes, is completely automatic and with independent movements. The reduced weight of the indexes can achieve speeds of up to 1,100 mm per second which, together with rapid deceleration of 200 mm per second, ensures maximum productivity.
