bigail Samford is a model of over three years in the Houston, Texas area. Originally from Victoria, TX, a small little town in South Texas, moving to the big city opened so many doors and dreams! She started at the age of 16 as a plus size model, and over the course of the years, has worked her way down from a size 14 to a size 8 currently. She still pushes for a healthy and active lifestyle, working out 6 days a week, lifting and cardio. Abigail loves runway, high fashion, editorial and commercial print, but the dark and edgy stuff is her favorite. She is 5’8 ½, 19 years old and hopes to pursue her modeling career in either New York or Los Angeles. She has long brown hair and blue/green eyes. Modeling is different for her; it’s something she loves, like a hobby that just happens to pay. It is a way to express yourself and your emotions like you do in art. Throughout this modeling journey, she has met so many amazing photographers, wardrobe stylists, makeup artists, hair stylists etc., and wouldn’t be where she is today without all of the amazing people and support in this industry. Many say she is like a chameleon—able to pull off anything you throw her way. Her eyes are her strong point, many say they captivate you, she says you just have to smile. She has done work for many bridal companies, clothing stores and boutiques and has been published locally, nationally and internationally.
