SEPTEMBER Look at the watch, point at a c alendar Time is f lying, f lowing – out of your hands Time c an’t be held, won’t wait You sent more questions from present to future But none of them arrived, only the past provided answers For all ended actions, the c onsequenc es were clear Per haps time is linear, perhaps you c an c onjugate it ? If you’re looking for future answers, you of ten have to set tle for the past Feel life through your own toes Right now and here, the present is always near.

Dear Reader
Before we know it, autumn is here. Even though we might get to enjoy some quite fantastic late summer days in September, we notice the days becoming shorter and darker now, and we’ve got more wind and rain – at least here in Denmark. At the same time, however, we start feeling like spending time indoors and that’s one of the advantages of having four seasons. Now that we’ve had a nice outdoor season and enjoyed the long summer days, many of us are looking forward to all the indoor activities that have been waiting for us for months. Here at the editorial office, most of us seem to “forget” all about indoor life as soon as the weather permits us to be outside, and we only do a minimum inside our homes during the summer months. So there’s plenty to do and plenty to plan now! In this edition, we’re including a theme on bedrooms so perhaps you’ll get inspired to change your bedroom and make it nice and cozy for the up-coming autumn. Or perhaps your living room could use a make-over? If so, we’ll show you the small differences that can change the style from worn Vintage style to brocante style, or the other way round. We’ve got lots of interior design ideas for you!

Idea:
MANY PEOPLE USE OLD SHUT TERS IN THEIR INTERIOR DESIGN. YOU CAN COPY ESTHER’S IDEA AND USE THEM AS A PIECE OF PATINATED WALL IN FRONT OF THE ORIGINAL WALL TO CREATE A NICE DECORATION ITEM AND A BEAUTIFUL PLAY OF COLORS ON THE WALL PARTICULARLY IF THE SHUT TERS HAVE LOTS OF PATINA. WE NAMED THIS ARTICLE ABOUT ESTHER'S HOME ”FRENCH CHARM” BECAUSE HER HOME SHOWS HOW TO CREATE A SIMPLE INTERIOR DESIGN STYLE WITH LOTS OF PATINA AND ORIGINALITY. ALTHOUGH THIS APARTMENT IS LOCATED IN LONDON, THE STYLE IS QUITE FRENCH. 7
