The 2023 Bilderberg meeting was held behind closed doors in Lisbon, Portugal from May 18-21, addressing a range of topics central to advancing globalism and the international oligarchs in attendance’s desire for a “Great Reset” as part of their broader New World Order agenda.

Several of this year’s 13 Bilderberg topics were one word, such as Russia, China, Europe, India, and NATO. Unsurprisingly, another one-word topic that popped at last year’s Bilderberg meeting and returned in 2023 for the 69th meeting in 69 years is Ukraine.

That topic, of course, explains NATO’s inclusion on the 2023 topics agenda and NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg’s return to Bilder-

berg once again. Plus, NATO is a conduit in helping train and equip Ukraine against a Russian invasion that, evidently, was an answer to the EU-NATO-U.S. hegemonic axis overthrowing Ukraine’s pro-Russian leader in a 2014 coup—and to the relentless eastward expansion of NATO to Russia’s doorstep.

As one scans the list of this year’s Bilderberg attendees, starting with several of the key Americans, one immediately notices noteworthy attendees including U.S. Director of National Intelligence Avril Raines, National Security Council Senior Technology Director Tarun Chhabra, former National Economic Council Director Brian Dease, Senior Commerce Department China Advisor Elizabeth Economy, Cybersecurity

Pfizer Chairman and CEO Albert Bourla, a relative Bilderberg newcomer, figured prominently at this year’s Bilderberg meeting in terms of his perceived iconoclastic status in establishment circles, despite his image as a malefactor among the vaccineinjured who can scarcely get their voices heard by what some see as Big Pharma-owned government regulators and mass media outlets. While there were no obvious Big Pharmarelated topics on this year’s Bilderberg agenda—although “Post Pandemic Health” was on the agenda last year— Bourla takes a considerable interest in Ukraine.

Just after last year’s Bilderberg meeting in Washington D.C., which Bourla also attended, he officially announced, on June 22, that Pfizer would:

[D]onate the equivalent of all profits from our sales in Russia to causes that provide direct humanitarian support to the people of Ukraine. Today [June 22] … [our] first down payment of $5 million will go to eight global and local NGOs to support humanitarian relief and response efforts. Where’s Our $100 Billion?

On May 19, the White House announced plans to send F-16 fighter jets to the Ukrainian military— only three months after President Joe Biden said he was never going to do that. The Biden administration also announced an additional $375 million in weapons and supplies to Ukraine. Americans have been looted for over $100 billion, and Ukraine’s biggest promoters are noticeably silent while attempting to spin Ukraine’s military defeat in the Ukrainian city of Bakhmut to a Russian mercenary firm owned by a restauranteur known as “Putin’s chef.” Where exactly did that $100 billion in U.S. taxpayer aid end up, and when, if ever, will the people in charge consider negotiating a peace deal for the benefit of humanity?

Defund the FBI

Rep. Matt Gaetz (R-Fla.) has introduced legislation to defund the FBI after it was revealed that the federal law enforcement agency has been harassing U.S. citizens and meddling in U.S. national elections. “The exact same people and task forces that have been weaponized against our fellow Americans were the ones set up to go after terrorists in the caves of Central Asia,” Gaetz told a reporter recently in an interview. Now, he said, FBI agents hunt down pro-life Catholics and parents protesting local school board meetings. “Those [agents] are less focused now on the terrorism threat because [FBI Director] Christopher Wray wants you to believe that every neighbor with a MAGA flag, or even an American flag if it’s the Betsy Ross flag, that they’re all terrorists and dangerous,” concluded Gaetz.

Second Amendment Violation?

Since 1968, the federal government has barred firearm dealers from selling handguns to anyone under 21 years of age. In early May, U.S. District Judge Robert Payne in Virginia said that rule, which only applies to federally licensed dealers, is unconstitutional because “prohibitions on the rights of 18-to-20-year-olds to purchase handguns are not supported by our nation’s history and tradition.” Reason magazine reported, the four plaintiffs in this case, Fraser v. Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives, are all adults younger than 21 who either tried to buy a handgun from a federally licensed dealer or said they would do so if it were allowed. Attorneys for the plaintiffs argue that the law and regulations standing in their way are inconsistent with the Second Amendment.

Support for Daniel Penny

As AFP goes to press, an online fundraiser for Daniel Penny has surpassed $2.75 million. Penny is the young Marine who put a crazy homeless man into a fatal headlock aboard the New York City (NYC) subway. Penny and two other good Samaritans saved all the passengers abroad the train from harassment and possible violence because the police had not been able to do their job and lock up the deranged man, who had a long history of attacking random bystanders, including old women and children. George Soros-backed NYC prosecutor Alvin Bragg has filed multiple charges against Penny, who was simply defending himself and everyone else aboard the train.

Court Upholds Systemic Racism

Thomas Jefferson High School in Fairfax, Va., is one of the top high schools in the United States. It was sued last year by a group of Asian families, who say that the school discriminates against Asians by setting different standards for Asian, black, and Hispanic children. On May 23, an appeals court sided with the high school, whose lawyers have argued it’s okay for the school system to racially discriminate otherwise only Asian and white kids would attend the high school.

Banning Marxist DEI

On May 15, Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis (R) signed into law a bill that outlaws public spending on diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) programs at public colleges and universities, saying at a news conference the “whole experiment of DEI is coming to an end in the state of Florida.”

The sweeping legislation, H.B. 999/S.B. 266, states public institutions “may not expend any state or federal funds to promote, support, or maintain any programs or campus activities that … advocate for diversity, equity, and inclusion, or promote or engage in political or social activism.” DEI is a ridiculous Marxist concept that liberals invoke in a futile effort to engineer the same outcomes for everyone despite differences in abilities and intelligence. Oppressed Women?

We’ve been told that the “patriarchy’ in America crushes women. In fact, women are so oppressed by men in the United States these days that they have now overtaken men and currently account for more than half (50.7%) of the college-educated labor force in the country. That’s oppression!

Fattest Nations

According to “Global Index,” a website specializing in statistics, the fattest nations in the world, as a percentage of their populations, are in order: Kuwait, 37.9%; U.S., 36.3%; Saudi Arabia, 35.5%; Libya, 35.1%; Jordan, 32.5%; Turkey, 32.1%; Egypt, 32%; Lebanon, 32%; United Arab Emirates, 31.7%; New Zealand, 31.6%; and Australia, 30%. The healthiest nations with the lowest obesity rates are Maldives, 8%; Kenya, 7%; Pakistan, 6%; and India, 4%.

Big City Crime

Dozens of emails obtained by Oregon news and commentary website “The Oregonian” reveal the discussion going on behind the scenes between an REI sporting goods store in downtown Portland and the mayor’s office before the store decided to close due to crime in April. According to the report, “Emails indicate that REI had complained about rampant crime and safety issues for months and had been seeking help from the city as far back as July 2022.” The mayor’s office did nothing, though, and REI ended up closing the store for good, giving the mayor one hour’s advanced notice before publicly announcing their departure.

Recriminalizing Drugs in Oregon

A new poll of voters in Oregon shows that a majority wants to overturn the decriminalization of drugs in the state, blaming the lax approach for rising crime and homelessness. For some reason, the rise in crime and homelessness among drug users came as a surprise to left-wing Antifa-types who thought that legalizing all many illegal drugs would have only beneficial effects on the citizenry. The survey conducted by Portland-based firm DMH Research found that 51% of the 500 respondents felt that Measure 110, which decriminalized the possession of personal amounts of dangerous drugs including heroin, methamphetamine, and fentanyl, had a negative impact on the state.

Marxists Can’t Stay in Business

An infamous “anti-capitalist” restaurant called The Anarchist in Toronto, Canada, announced that it was shutting down its operation after just one year because the terrible capitalists, who own the building, were forcing them to actually pay rent. According to reports, the restaurant never kept a regular schedule and served low-quality, overpriced food, coffee, art, jewelry, and clothing. In addition, the customers who frequented the establishment are far-left Marxists and don’t want to spend a lot of money. But that’s not the reason why the restaurant had to close, says owner Gabriel Sims-Fewer. In a public announcement, Sim-Fewer blamed a “lack of generational wealth/seed capital” to bail him out.

Millions Raised for Ex-Marine’s Legal Defense

As anarcho-tyranny continues its sinister descent on America replacing the objective observance of the rule of law and accountability, patriots have rallied to support one of its most recent victims.

The concept of anarcho-tyranny, developed by the late American columnist and writer Sam Francis, is best characterized by the government’s refusal to punish criminals and hold them accountable for their actions while instead punishing law abiding citizens, often times under the flimsiest of circumstances. Those Americans unfortunate enough to live in major metropolitan areas under the thumb of Soros-backed prosecutors—which, sadly, is most modern cities—will fully recognize the concept of anarcho-tyranny as it is demonstrated day after day.

Productive, law-abiding citizens are often prosecuted by politically motivated, left-wing prosecutors, while miscreants, lowlifes, and outright criminals—many of whom come from minority or otherwise “oppressed” backgrounds—are treated with kids’ gloves as their degenerate, criminal actions are excused or even justified.

Take the case of Daniel Penny, a white 24-year-old college student and decorated Marine veteran from West Islip, N.Y., a suburban town in Suffolk County on Long Island. Penny served as a Marine Corps infantry squad leader and an instructor in water survival while serving from 2017 to 2021.

On May 1, Penny was aboard the F train in Lower Manhattan, one of numerous subway lines in the New York City metropolitan area fraught with the dangers and risks associated with living in an urban environment in contemporary America: encounters with mentally unstable vagrants, petty criminals, and other deranged miscreants who are all too often allowed to operate freely and unimpeded in public spaces.

While onboard the train, Penny and numerous other passengers were confronted by a 30-year-old black homeless man with a lengthy criminal record and history of drug abuse and violence named Jordan Neely. Neely had been acting erratically, threatening other passengers, throwing trash at travelers, and generally causing fear

and alarm among those on the train. According to witnesses, Neely was heard shouting “I’m ready to go back to jail” and “I’ll hurt anyone on this train” while intimidating and threatening fellow subway riders.

Neely was acting so erratic and reckless that multiple passengers decided to restrain him in fear for their safety. Penny played a key role, subduing Neely with a submission hold in order to detain him and take him to the ground while police were called. Video of the incident show at least two other passengers assisting Penny in subduing Neely, all expressing concern for the deranged man and demanding police be summoned immediately.

Neely ultimately fell unconscious and eventually died following the altercation. The city medical examiner has ruled the cause of death as a homicide, and more details regarding Neely’s mental and physical health are expected in coming weeks.

According to reports, Neely had 42 prior arrests dating from 2013 until 2021. Four of his prior arrests were for assault, with the remaining stemming from transit fraud and criminal trespass. When he died, Neely had an outstanding warrant for an alleged assault on a 67-year-old woman in the East Village in Manhattan. Neely was homeless and even made New York City’s “top 50” list of homeless people in need of assistance and treatment from social workers. He had been hos-

pitalized numerous times, both voluntarily and involuntarily, and reportedly used K2, a powerful synthetic form of marijuana that often causes mental health problems.

Four of his assault charges were for punching people, including two punching incidents on the subway. Following his death, numerous New Yorkers took to social media to describe their previous encounters with Neely after recognizing him in photos.

“This man [Neely] jumped on me, grabbed my shoulders, and pushed me towards the tracks ... at this very same station,” one person on the social media site Reddit explained. “I was able to run away but he got physical and chased other people standing on the platform before getting on an uptown train.”

Yet another commenter explained that they saw Neely “throwing around a city bike” and “yelling about how he was going to kill people.”

Clearly, Neely was an unstable, dangerous individual who should have never been allowed to roam the streets of New York threatening, intimidating, and attacking others.

For restraining Neely, Penny has been charged with second degree manslaughter by New York prosecutors which, if found guilty, could land him in prison for 15 years. Penny turned himself in to authorities recently, posted bail, and has hired a de-

fense attorney to fight the charges.

Given the racial dynamics involved, left-wing and black activists immediately attempted to paint the incident as racially charged. Penny spoke to reporters recently, saying the encounter with Neely “had nothing to do with race” and that he judges a person “based on their character.”

“I’m not a white supremacist,” Penny explained. “Everybody who’s ever met me can tell you, I love all people, I love all cultures. You can tell by my past and all my travels and adventures around the world. I was actually planning a road trip through Africa before this happened.”

As AFP goes to press, Penny’s legal defense fund has raised over $2.75 million, including several major contributions by public figures including singer Kid Rock, alternative media personality Tim Pool, and GOP presidential candidate Vivek Ramaswamy.

“Mr. Penny is a hero,” Kid Rock commented when making his $5,000 donation to Penny’s fund. “Alvin Bragg is a piece of [expletive deleted].” Bragg is the far-left Soros-backed New York prosecutor whose office brought charges against Penny.

The support Penny has received demonstrate more and more Americans are fed up with the far-left, politically motivated prosecutors excusing criminals while persecuting patriots like Penny. ★

Whistleblowers: FBI Systemically Corrupt

As if the American public and elected officials needed any more evidence to justify the complete abolition of the FBI and the criminal prosecution of its top leadership, several courageous whistleblowers with lengthy careers serving the agency testified before Congress recently. Their testimony exposed clearly the rampant corruption plaguing the once-respected intelligence organization.

The FBI, ostensibly the nation’s principal domestic intelligence and security organization, has recently been beset with allegations of corruption, politicization, abuse of power, and criminal misconduct. In recent years, however, the rot within the FBI has grown, with one outrageous scandal following the next.

On May 18, a number of FBI employees testified on the record to the House Judiciary Committee and the House Select Subcommittee on the Weaponization of the Federal Government (HSSWFG), highlighting the “egregious abuse, misallocation of law-enforcement resources, and misconduct with[in] the leadership ranks of the FBI,” according to an 80-page interim staff report issued by the committee.

The bombshell report was titled “FBI Whistleblower Testimony Highlights Government Abuse, Misallocation of Resources, and Retaliation.” The heroic public testimony of the FBI whistleblowers, along with off-the-record testimony of numerous other current and former FBI employees who testified privately for fear of professional reprisals, demonstrates just how weaponized the FBI and Department of Justice have become, particularly under the Biden administration.

FBI special agents Steve Friend (no relation to this reporter) and Garret O’Boyle, Supervisory Intelligence Analyst George Hill, and Staff Operations Specialist Marcus Allen all spoke on the record to the HSSWFG, created in January of this year to investigate alleged abuses of federal authority, the politicization of federal law enforcement and intelligence agencies, and collusion between federal agencies and private sector entities to suppress, silence, and persecute conservatives and political dissidents.

Chaired by Rep. Jim Jordan (R-Ohio), the subcommittee certainly has its work cut out for it, as the federal abuses and criminality are widespread.

The whistleblower testimony provided corroborates previous whistleblower accounts that characterized the FBI’s Washington-based hierarchy and leadership as “rotted to the core,” plagued by a “systemic culture of unaccountability,” according to a press release issued by the House Judiciary Committee announcing the interim report.

One whistleblower described the current state of the FBI as “cancerous,” explaining that the agency has “let itself become enveloped in this politicization and weaponization.”

The press release summarizes some of the key findings in the report:

The report also highlights how the FBI’s metric-based bonus structure leads to the improper and unnecessary use of law enforcement tools, how FBI leadership has pressured agents to reclassify cases as domestic violent extremism (DVE) to create the perception that DVE is organically rising across the country, and how the FBI suspended whistleblowers after making good-faith, protected disclosures about agency wrongdoing.

Since stepping foot in the White House, Joe Biden, members of his administration and top officials in the Department of Justice and FBI have endlessly hyped the purported threat of “white supremacy,” describing it as the greatest threat to the domestic security of the U.S.

This entirely fabricated narrative appears to be the only thing the FBI and federal law enforcement con-

cern themselves with these days, dedicating endless resources to manufacturing and exaggerating the nearly non-existent threat.

Biden recently doubled down on this politically motivated narrative during a commencement address at Howard University recently, a historically black college, where he described “white supremacy” as the “most dangerous terrorist threat in our homeland.”

“And I’m sure not saying this because I’m at a black HBCU (historically black colleges and universities),” Biden hysterically declared. “I say this wherever I go.”

The Biden administration’s targeting of Americans who attended or participated in the protests at the U.S. Capitol on Jan. 6, 2021, which has been dishonestly characterized as an “insurrection” by the political establishment and mass media and tied directly to the alleged threat of “white supremacy” and “domestic extremism,” was also exposed by the FBI whistleblowers. The FBI worked with some of the largest financial institutions in the country to obtain—without proper legal processes—financial records of Americans who used their debit or credit cards in the Washington, D.C. area just prior to or on Jan. 6, 2021.

“This invasion of the privacy of United States citizens is deeply disturbing and should concern every American,” the committee’s press release noted.

Additionally, according to the report, the FBI’s Washington, D.C. Field Office (WFO) demanded agents in the Boston Field Office open investigations into 138 individuals who simply

traveled to the nation’s capital on Jan. 6, 2021, with no specific evidence that any of them had committed any crime.

“The only basis for investigating these people was that they shared buses to Washington with two individuals who entered restricted areas of the Capitol that day,” the report explains. “Rather than limiting the investigation to just the two people who entered restricted areas, the WFO instructed the Boston Field Office to open investigations into all 140 individuals who attended the political rally.”

Incredibly, when the Boston office asked for more evidence to pursue their investigation, including photos and video from the Capitol that could be used to identify their subjects, the WFO only provided photos of the two individuals inside the Capitol. They refused to provide any other video or photographic evidence from the day’s chaotic events “out of fear it would disclose undercover officers or confidential human sources inside the Capitol.” This confirms suspicions that bad actors were involved in creating the perception of a “violent insurrection” on Jan. 6.

The selfless whistleblowers who have come forward publicly to expose the wrongdoings and crimes of the FBI have been subjected to some of the most egregious and ruthless retaliatory measures imaginable.

“A reoccurring theme is that the FBI has violated federal whistleblower protection laws and abused its security clearance review process to hamstring the brave agents who exercised their right to make protected disclosures to Congress or who dared to question agency leadership,” the report notes.

Special Agent O’Boyle told the Committee members that he advised other agents concerned about FBI misconduct, corruption, and politicization to be very wary about coming forward with their concerns.

“The FBI will crush you,” O’Boyle stated. “This government will crush you and your family if you try to expose the truth about things they are doing that are wrong.”

In order to restore the rule of law and faith in federal law enforcement, the FBI and its top leadership at the agency and in the Department of Justice must be held accountable for their crimes, corruption, and the complete weaponization of the agency. ★

A Petition to Congress to enact . . .

The Federal Reserve Overdraft Protection Act and to Issue “United States Notes” and “Gold or silver coins”

Whereas the growth of the national and private debts of farmers, small businesses and all Americans grows exponentially with the interest charged for the use of credit; and the Governments National Debt now exceeds $31.7 Trillion, with mortgages and credit card debt that has now reached astronomical levels, and, whereas the Constitutional authority to coin money are powers granted to the US Government; Congress can and must offer leadership by considering for enactment the proposed reforms contained herein; and whereas the banking system uses its own records as de-facto digital dollars that are stored in their computers to make loans and for the payment of debts; and whereas the U.S. Government Budget requires substantial amounts of money (cash) or credit to deliver public services and security, we propose the following:

The Federal Reserve Overdraft Protection Act (Part One - sub a and b)

a. Overdraft Protection as Credits. This is a Petition to Congress to amend the Federal Reserve Act and pass a law requiring the Federal Reserve Bank(s) to enter digital bookkeeping dollars* as credits to the U.S. Treasury checking account at the Federal Reserve Bank(s) at a minimum sum of $100 Billion to prevent default on the U.S Budget or bonds; to maintain normal working capital for all budgeted needs; and to deposit in the U.S.Treasury’s checking account on a recurring basis additional sums or $100 Billion on any day the account balance drops below $100 Billion.All credits advanced to the US Treasury account(s) shall be backed by currency or coins.

b. Overdraft Protection backed by Cash. The credits advanced to the US Treasury’s bank account at the Federal Reserve Bank (FRB) shall be legal tender “money” backed by the full faith and credit of the United States Government. This backing shall include the delivery, at no cost to the Federal Reserve Banks, of coins and currency (lawful money) minted at the Bureau of Mint and Engraving, in an amount and in denominations as requested by the Federal Reserve

Board up to the total monetary value of the credits that the Federal Reserve Banks have credited to the U.S Treasury’s bank account. Member banks, non-member banks, credit unions, and the public shall be able to purchase any newly designed coins or currency at their face value from the Federal Reserve Banks, member banks, and credit unions with cash, check or debit card.

“United States Notes” and “Gold and Silver coins” (Part Two - sub c, d, e and f)

c. United States Notes: President Abraham Lincoln issued United States Notes (Greenback dollars) during the Civil war, and the Constitutional authority to do so was upheld by the U.S. Supreme Court. Therefore, under the authority granted by our forbearers in the U.S. Constitution, we seek a legislative directive from Congress to the U.S. Treasury to print $200 Billion dollars worth at face value of “United States Notes” in the following dominations: $1, $5, $10, $20, $50, $100, $500 and $1000. The Sec. of the Treasury shall choose the images to be placed on each denomination except that one billion of these notes shall be printed with a value of $100

each and have on each note the image of former President John F Kennedy.

d. Gold and Silver Coins: The U.S. Treasury shall use bullion stored at Fort Knox and mint $100 Billion dollars worth of gold and silver coins in denominations chosen by the Secretary of the Treasury. The face (legal tender) value of each coin shall be a minimum of 150% above the cost of production but not exceed 200% of the cost of production. Designs shall be approved by the Secretary of the Treasury or as directed by Congress.

e. Low Interest Credit Cards: Congress should also make available to the public loans and credit cards at an interest rate of 3% per year and backed by currency in quantities that support public demands for cash. The availability of low interest loans will provide immediate financial relief for small businesses, farmers, homebuyers, students, car buyers, and consumers.

f. Repeal the Borrowing Authority: Subject to approval by the States, Congress should amend the US Constitution and repeal Sec 8, (2) that gives Congress the power “to borrow money on the credit of the United States.” This is to permanently end the creation of burdensome government debt. Once all these reforms are enacted, they will provide the necessary funds to support free enterprise and prosperity for all the people. For all the foregoing reasons, we urgently seek public hearings on these proposals.
