What are Fine & Country offering? ‘But that was the estate agent’s valuation so how can it be overpriced?’ said the disgruntled home seller when the estate agent called to discuss why her property hadn’t sold in almost six months of trying. from the marketing campaign, so it also begs the question as to whether your estate agent is incentivised to recommend that you accept the first offer or wait to accept the best offer. It’s certainly worth considering whether your agent’s fee structure is geared towards getting you the best net price (price achieved less fees). Seasonal layering is not so much a trend as a necessity in these in-between months. As temperatures fluctuate the days of simple dressing become obsolete and we start to strategically layer our outfits to battle the multiple seasons that each day can bring us. It’s important to ensure that your layers don’t clash in both pattern and colour. You can go in either direction for this one, but remember never to mix contrasting patterns. How to layer? 1.
Thinner pieces first, start with a basic, lightweight top

Define the layer - a layer is essentially any item that can be worn on its own
3.
Keep it casual - layering is best used for casual occasions and is generally not appropriate in more formal setting. However, a layered combination can include one of more classy pieces, such as a tailored blazer
4.
Layering is practical - you are better off wearing two or three thinner layers of clothing rather than one thick one.
5.
Mix in some colour – neutrals are easy but reds, greens, pinks, purples will add spice to your look if combined properly

Five Family Tickets to Give Away The East Anglian Game & Country Fair will take place on Saturday 22nd & Sunday 23rd April 2017, at the beautiful new venue of Euston Estate, just off the A11 at Thetford, by kind permission of The Duke and Duchess of Grafton. This beautiful new venue lends itself to a game and country fair setting, as well as allowing the Game Fair the opportunity to further evolve and develop the show, with the space and freedom to invite new attractions and events, whilst ensuring that the popular events that we have always enjoyed remain. There will be a number of new equestrian attractions this year, including The Mounted Games Association of Great Britain who will be holding exciting and exhilarating displays in the Main Arena, the fast and skilful British Scurry & Trials Driving Championships and Sion Davies Farrier Services who will show you the shoeing process from start to finish. Plus, a warm welcome back to Gary Whitehead, known as the ‘horse whisperer’, whose demonstrations in the Round Pen have to be seen to be believed and the ever popular UK Horseboarding Arena Demonstrations.
