Full on site survey Our free on site survey at the outset of the project will consider the following factors: • Best Location to position the Track/Roadway • Drainage Implications • Soil Types • Track specification (to suit vehicles and traffic which will use the track) • Any other site specific issues which need to be considered ahead of the track being built
Materials We have developed excellent relationships with aggregate suppliers over our 50 years of trading which means that we are well positioned to secure favourable rates on the materials we source. Importantly, we are able to make informed recommendations to our clients on the right kind of material to use within their tracks. This ensures that we deliver materials with proven results to our customers – which in turn provides tracks which are rugged, hard wearing and fit for purpose. Perhaps most importantly of all – we don’t cut corners. We provide materials which will withstand the rigours of daily farm usage and have stood the test of time on the countless previous track projects we have completed.
Water management The need to manage water successfully on and near to tracks is absolutely key with regard to ensuring long term performance of the tracks that we build. Water which builds on or near to tracks will undoubtedly cause rapid deterioration of the track surface which in time leads to pot hole development and an uneven surface. Our pedigree in water management and drainage leaves us very well placed to deal with these kind of issues at the time of building our new tracks. When needed, we can take steps to manage problem trouble-spots along the route of the

Owning high quality trackways is critical for ensuring that we can undertake our agricultural operations efficiently all year round. The trackway machinery that William Morfoot is running have provided us with some top quality tracks using the existing material that is already present and importantly, they also have the expertise and knowhow to manage the surface water too – which is vital in our opinion for ensuring a longer life of the track on completion.
