ABOUT THE COLLECTION In the early winter of 2015 we were seduced by a citrus perfume that transferred our minds back to a vacation in the 80’s. Combined with the darkest season of them all – the scandinavian winter – we fell helpless into dreams and thoughts about a warm, foreign and unwinded place – a perfect place for a debut collection.

P L AC I N G O R D E R S – R E TA I L E R S Please email us on wholesale@prettypaper.com and we will send you a pricelist if you don’t already have one. All opening orders are 1500 SEK and must be prepaid. Minimum reorders are 1000 SEK. Net 30 terms are available to existing and established customers. TURNAROUND TIME AND SHIPPING Our typical turnaround time is 14 business days. All our orders are shipped from our studio in Stockholm. Holiday orders ship by a specified date each season. All shipping costs are charged at time of shipment and will be included on your final invoice. We ship with PostNord. Please contact us regarding your delivery date. Pretty Paper is not responsible for any carrier delays. All customs or duty fees are the responsibility of the retailer.
EXCHANGES Exchanges must be postmarked within 7 business days of reporting. All merchandise must be returned unopened, unused, and in its original packaging. RETURNS In the case of damaged, defective or incorrect product please notify us within 7 business days of receipt of goods and we’re happy to send replacements. Please check all orders thoroughly upon delivery. BACK ORDERS Occasionally certain products may be out of stock. You will be notified of any items that are back–ordered and, if directed, we will proceed to ship all items in stock from your order. Once an item is back in stock, we will ship it out immediately unless directed otherwise.
D I S P L AY A N D PA C K A G I N G All our goods must be sold in their original packaging. Card sets cannot be broken up and sold as singles. Please let us know if you have any questions regarding our packaging.
M AT E R I A L S We are proud to make most of our goods in Sweden. All our products are printed on 100% FSC-certified paper (the highest environmentally friendly rating for papers).
C A N C E L L AT I O N S Cancellations or changes to your order must be submitted by phone or email within 24 hours of placing the order. Any reductions to your order or cancellations not reported within 24 hours will be issued a restocking fee for up to 20% of the total deducted from your order.
