ABOUT THE S/S 2017 COLLECTION An escape into an off season landscape in southern France. A summerish warmth is growing and the lingering chill of spring is almost ready to wander away. Inspired by the last moments of serenity, before the landscape turns into full bloom and vibrating energy. We listen to calm jazz and are charmed by the idea and excitement of what the summer might hold for us. The now is a pleasant resort filled with colors of chilly blue, longing pink and sedusing bordeaux.

PLACING AN ORDER Please email us on wholesale@prettypaper.com and notify us which items, article number and quantity you would like to oder. All opening orders are €150 and must be prepaid. Minimum reorders are €100. Net 30 terms are available to existing and established customers.
RETURNS In the case of damaged, defective or incorrect product please notify us within 7 business days of receipt of goods and we’re happy to send replacements. Please check all orders thoroughly upon delivery.
TURNAROUND TIME AND SHIPPING Our typical turnaround time is 14 business days. All our orders are shipped from our studio in Stockholm. Holiday orders ship by a specified date each season. All shipping costs will be included on your final invoice. We ship with PostNord if nothing else is agreed upon. Please contact us regarding your delivery date. Pretty Paper is not responsible for any carrier delays. All customs or duty fees are the responsibility of the retailer. D I S P L AY A N D PA C K A G I N G All our goods must be sold in their original packaging. Card sets cannot be broken up and sold as singles. Please let us know if you have any questions regarding our packaging. C A N C E L L AT I O N S Cancellations or changes to your order must be submitted by phone or email within 24 hours of placing the order. Any reductions to your order or cancellations not reported within 24 hours will be issued a restocking fee for up to 20% of the total deducted from your order.
BACK ORDERS Occasionally certain products may be out of stock. You will be notified of any items that are back–ordered and, if directed, we will proceed to ship all items in stock from your order. Once an item is back in stock, we will ship it out immediately unless directed otherwise. M AT E R I A L S We are proud to make the most of our goods in Sweden. All our products are printed on 100% FSC-certified paper and all our pads and book are printed at a printer house certified with the Nordic Ecolabel ”Svanen”. PRESS If you receive press for your store or if you are posting something on social media using our products, we would be very glad if you credit “Pretty Paper” for the items used.
