Konsep SJrkulasi maousra yang berketaruutan diimplementasikan dalam bentuk bangunan yang menyerupai sebuah cakra. Bentuk 1ni kemudian diinjeksikan dengan elemen ramp sehingga sekuensial dari sebuah perjalanan di dalam pasar kian terasa nyaman. selam per an ramp sebagai elemen fungsional sebuah pasar.

Parkir kendaraan diletakkan di sisi timur site untuk mempermudah akses seka· ligus memecahkan permasalahan kepadatan lalu lmtas khususnya di area persimpangan. Parkir kendaraan didesain sefleksibel rnungkm seh1ngga ketika waktu loading barang-barang pasar telah tiba. dapac dialihfungsikan. Ketika malam hart nba arus lalu lintas mulai lengang dan area teras hijau aktif. maka area parkir dapat diperluas hingga ke pinggir Jalan Jae Sumantoro.

Sebagai sebuah bangunan yang telah berdin dengan pelaku yang sudah ada di dala1TU1ya. tentunya dalam merevitahsasi Pasar Godean diperlukan skema tahapan pembangunan untuk menjam1n wadah bagi para pelaku pasar untuk tetap dapat melakukan aktifitasnya beriringan dengan proses pembangunan Pasar Godean yang baru Tahap pembangunan Pasar Cakra Godean akan dibagi men· jadi tiga fase yang digambarkan dalam diagram

Persimpangan antara jalan utama Godean dengan Jalan Jae Sumantoro men.ia· jl titik yang vital bagi pertemuan para pejalan kaki yang menyusuri area pertokoan di sekitar Pasar Godean. sehingga dapat dimanfaatkan sebagai entrancepejalan kaki. Untuk menghindari kemacetan lalu lntas. area menunggu untuk ojek on line disediakan di Jalan Jae Sumantoro. dipisahkan dari area dropoffmobil pengunjung di Jalan Utama Godean.

Posisi site Pasar Godean yang dikelilingi oleh jatan umum dan bangunan komersn di seluruh sisinya. memberikan keuntungan tersendiri. Di mana Pasar Godean dapat menjadi center sekaligus penghubung (hub) dari kawasan pertokoan yang terpisah di sisi utara dengan setatan dan stsi timur dengan berat dart site Pasar Godean.

Potensi Jalan Lingkungan

Eks1sting jalan lingkungan yang terletak d1 sisi barat dan utara site Pasar Godean saat ini. masih kurang diperhatikan. Untuk meningkatkan nilai darl jalan lingkungan ini. maka dapat dimantaatkan sebagai sirkulasi servis, dump loading dan parkir motor

KerumL.nan orang yang akan memenuhi aktivitas di dalam pasar tentunya membutuhkan udara segar yang harus terus berganti. Bangunan Pasar Cakra Goclean didesain seterbuka mungkin sehingga udara dari luar bisa bergantian masuk ke dalam area pasar dengan membuat inlet - outlet yang berada di bagian bawah bangunan dan atas dengan tekanan udara yang berbeda sehingga udara dapat mengalir secara alam, (passive cooling).
