MR. ABHIMANYU KHANNA:
A Dynamic Leader Determined To Take Employee Engagement Solutions on a
Stellar Height.
It is evident that employees are the “roots of an organization”. The deeper these roots grow, the stronger an organization can withstand any circumstances with a smile! Being constantly surrounded by work deadlines, multiple roles to handle, and working for that perfection becomes exhausting for real. Having a monotonous work life can hamper any employee’s productivity. What if the employees have the opportunity to enter into a parallel workplace filled with enthusiasm? A world where they can handle these tasks with a joyous vibe and become the best version of themselves? It may sound quite a lot to some but Take a Break (TAB) Consulting has been a true champion in revolutionizing an ordinary workplace to a hotspot of ebullience. Since the company forayed into the picture, they are on an ever-lasting mission of reforming every workplace that needed a productive and interactive environment for the betterment of employees. It is Mr. Abhimanyu Khanna- CEO of TAB Consulting joining us today for a captivating interaction. After analyzing a workplace we curate training modules, team-building activities, and resource management strategies accordingly. CORE DIAGNOSTICS
Now Diagnostics Of New And Old Diseases Become Easy Under Mr. Dinesh’s Leadership At Core Diagnostics.
With the introduction and spread of new disease areas, the expansion of decentralized, patient-centric clinical trials, the widespread adoption of wearable technology, the ever-increasing complexities of clinical protocols, and the exponential growth in data volume, the difficulties of data collection, processing, and reporting are only expected to increase in the years to come.
Future success will be delivered by clinical data management teams, which will play a pivotal role in the present. In the present day, data managers are already playing critical roles in shaping the future by doing things like configuring and deploying systems, developing efficient processes, becoming data stewards, and collaborating with clinical development teams to help them learn new things and take a more strategic approach to ensure data integrity. One great example is Core Diagnostics, managed by Mr. Dinesh Chauhan (CEO). The company has cutting-edge diagnostic solutions for India.
Mr. Dinesh Chauhan
Mr. Dinesh is the CEO of Core Diagnostics and has 20 years of marketing and sales expertise in the diagnostics industry. He is responsible for channel development and identification across all regions. Passionate about establishing a team of leaders, he has earned several awards for his company ideas and performance. In addition, he has an MBA and a BS in microbiology from DU (Delhi University).
An Overview
Core Diagnostics was established in 2012 as a premier clinical laboratory offering Next Generation Diagnostics for early illness detection, accurate patient stratification, and targeted treatment. Its expansive 20,000-square-foot laboratory facility has been certified as meeting the standards set by the National Accreditation Board for Testing and Calibration Laboratories (NABL) and the College of American Pathologists (CAP). The company’s headquarters are located in the nation’s capital.
The company aims to modernize India’s testing infrastructure by importing cutting-edge tools and personnel. It aspires to become
the go-to place for any advanced medical diagnostics. The firm relies largely on digital image and communication technologies to achieve this goal. In addition, it does it with the fastest turnaround time in the business.
The company’s mission from the beginning was to make highquality diagnostics available to as many people as possible at a price they could pay. On the other hand, affordability has grown with time. As a result, the next several years will center on expanding the company’s reach to Tier III cities to facilitate diagnosis at the regional and local levels.
They provide services in Flow Cytometry, Molecular Diagnostics, Histopathology, Immunohistochemistry, Cytopathology, and Cytogenetics, all of which are focused on delivering the latest and greatest testing methods to a conclusive diagnosis. The company’s top-notch clinical laboratory has one of the most comprehensive test lists available, with over a thousand different tests covering everything from cardiology and cancer to infectious disorders and endocrinology to gynecology and beyond. Bay Area-based Artiman Ventures and India- and Boston-based Fidelity have invested in the startup.
CEO’s Balance of Life
Nowadays, it’s very uncommon for individuals to work from home; because of the prevalence of modern technology, doing so may drastically reduce commute times. If one is skilled in time management, he may use technology to his advantage in his personal life. A post-COVID professional is unique; Mr. Dinesh implies that he must pay more attention to his team’s well-being, productivity, mental difficulties, and so on. His group’s efforts have resulted in the company’s lowest attrition rate, and business is booming.
The Struggles Worth Telling
In Mr. Dinesh’s case, he had the chance to be CEO of COVID from its inception, and as a result, everything went swimmingly. But there were also difficulties in overseeing the team’s well-being. The period after COVID, when the corporation also had to meet the precise demands of organic business, was the most difficult. Much work went into it, including establishing several specialized laboratories nationwide. This stage is likewise progressing pretty well generally.
The Clients Core Serves
The firm has gained notoriety for being a driving force of innovation in the nation. It has recently developed a novel medical test as part of a specialized service that allows people worldwide access to regular medical screenings.
On the other hand, as a diagnostics specialist, the firm supplies all of the leading medical facilities and laboratories. Some of the firm’s income comes from the healthcare industry, laboratory management, consulting, and corporations. In addition, the firm collaborates closely with every major pharmaceutical firm, contract research organization (CRO), and research institution to provide companion diagnostics and testing. It has also collaborated on important initiatives with the Indian government to provide diagnostic expertise in niche areas.
A Race of Market Trends
Technology adoption for faster turnaround times (TAT), innovation, automation, data management, etc., are all core values at the organization and are being embraced by employees as part
of a continuous training and development process to stay up with the ever-evolving demands of the market.
R&D and CEO’s Challenges
Research and development (R&D) are the company’s main competitive advantage in the field of genomic research. R&D is crucial to a company’s long-term viability and development. Mr. Dinesh claims that if you are open to new experiences and willing to adapt, you will face no rivals but rather a new set of obstacles in areas like cultural awareness, regulatory compliance, and team management.
Core Employee Satisfaction
The company’s inspiration is directly proportional to the level of employee satisfaction. Workers are encouraged to have a good time and take pride in their profession. Many events and activities are planned, including frequent recognition of effort, regular training for self-development, fun activities, birthday celebrations, games, and more. Notably, the company’s guiding principles guarantee an absence of formal authority structures, open lines of communication, complete openness, and well-defined responsibilities and objectives.
Future Arrangements
Mr. Dinesh has said that one future objective is for the firm to “spread itself in other categories like NephroCORE, XenoCORE, NeuroCORE, etc.” NephroCORE means “earlier than present diagnostic solutions diagnostic of kidney diseases.” NeuroCORE refers to genetic counselling and testing for identifying central nervous system abnormalities. Post-transplant monitoring tests and pre-transplant workups are what XenoCORE is all about. Below is a quick explanation of what Mr. Dinesh mean:
• Concentrate
•

A Note to All the New CEOs
Mr. Dinesh warns that competition in Era is fierce and advises that residents maintain honing their shows, learn new skills, embrace change, commit fully to their endeavors, and find fulfilment in their work. The field of entrepreneurship is packed with creative types who aren’t afraid to take risks and are always looking for new opportunities and trends to disrupt. Although many have tried and failed, a concerted effort is underway to prepare veteran corporate leaders for today’s thriving startup scene.
In addition, he stresses the importance of a leader’s ability to adjust quickly to new situations. Mr. Dinesh concludes that many individuals have begun new journeys after the 1950s, so please initiate the adventure again and conquer the globe. Yet, it is not too late to do anything about this. Leaders are the ones who keep going even when everyone else has given up.
Establishing separate laboratories for distinct purposes in various regions.

THE COGNITIVE RESPONSE TO ORGANIZATIONAL DEVELOPMENT:
Science has offered already so much to human lives. Technology like Functional Magnetic Resonance Imagery has enabled us to look through the brain and find how it responds while dealing with a major organizational change. The basal ganglia of the human brain are primarily concerned with controlling our day-to-day activities. It is often seen that works that are performed on a repeated basis utilize less mental energy and consciousness. However, while diverting our thoughts towards the change, our brain responds differently. Therefore, in certain decisions, our mind feels right or may feel wrong.
Changes that are associated with facts out of our comfort zone are stimulated by the section of our brain called the prefrontal cortex. This region is responsible for controlling both insight and impulse. In simple terms, it simulates the brain nerves in response to fear, wonder, anxiety or despair. When the mind is dealing with changes that are complicated and unfamiliar, the nerves of this region are strongly affected knocking all negative feelings and bringing feelings of
sadness, depression or anger into the minds of team members. However, it is strange that science has helped us to respond to any change, good or bad, helping people around the world to assemble themselves and coordinate with the changes. Let us find out how:
• Simplifying the change
Any introductory change comes in two forms – one that can be put to good use and the other is the reverse image if that is not the case. This takes a lot of complicated mental activities to shift from basic thoughts moving into a new or complicated concept under the basal ganglia of the brain. Thus, science will help to focus on the motive behind the change and make it more familiar than threatening.
• Be at ease with the change
Changes cannot be forced but only introduced. The response can both be favourable and negative. While the changes are introduced, the human brain shows tremendous
mental activity to develop insight and then build complex connections. A rush of neurotransmitters like adrenaline boosts positivity associated with any experience.
• Make communication simpler and never conceal the truth
The brain can digest only one change at a time. The sense of complexity can deflect the working of the brain towards one goal. Science has helped to establish a comprehensive outlook of any changes made so that they can easily be understood and absorbed. The prefrontal cortex can signal danger in case of unrealistic expectations. It then switched to high alert mode indicating the science of deception so that our brain can balance with extreme anxiety.
• Emotions cannot be neglected
The centre of our conscious thought is closely associated with the emotion-generating amygdala. Many a time decisions are based on emotions than logic. Sometimes, it might not come out of our conscious-driven mind or with logical reasoning. Emotional choices can be justified only emotionally and they can be more appealing when presented in the right manner to connect to the audience’s emotions.
• Make the change attentive
Paying attention involves chemical and physical changes in the brain and as the brain is remodelling its thought processes, the density of attention can get affected by different experiences over a specific time. Changes that were repetitively made catch high attention density and encourages peoples’ mind for a long time behavioral change. New ideas can grab attention when presented in new packaging ways such as through a game, a metaphor, an image etc.
•
Establish a trustworthy foundation with authentic body language
When the organization is constantly evolving, our minds come under pressure to digest various phases of instability inside it. It is the role of the leader to make the correct use of science and establish stability, detailing any success or challenges associated with it. People look for future vision coupled with the right use of language. As the mind is open to accepting suggestions and implementing changes, the brain waves cannot accept many nonsensical languages or close gestures. Therefore, wars must be emotionally charged with a clear vision and it is to be carefully assessed that we speak what we see and believe.
• Enforce inclusive relationships as your strength
In the dorsal portion of the anterior cortex of the brain is the neural region that responds to suffering and pain. Any change that reacts to produce physical change must be ruled out. The new changes in leadership goals and fundamentals must synchronize between inclusive and collaborative relationships. Share work experience establishes mutual trust and connectivity for the success of an organization.
MR. PRATAP MENDONCA
Bringing Needed Change in The Interior Design and Fit out Industry
Pratap Mendonca (Managing Partner) decided to establish a business after over 13 years of working in the interior design and furniture industries. In 2012 July, along with my wife Scytle Fernandes (Architect) and Geetha Nayak (Architec) founded Design Infinity. Since its inception, the company has grown from 2 persons to team of 650 plus and has completed over 600 projects across UAE.
Challenges Facing the Leader
Mr. Pratap tackles several daily challenges as a team leader of 650 individuals and a US$ 100 million annual revenues. In his mind, it’s all in a day’s work, so he takes things as they come. SUCCESS STORY OF ELON MUSK: THE FUTURISTIC ENTREPRENEUR
Agreat executioner and a marvelous visionary, Elon Musk has carved an immeasurable legacy of innovation behind him. His entrepreneurial endeavors continue to inspire generations ahead. He is all about empowering humans with the power of technology and automation. Like the greatest people of history have proved that –“Behind every success story there are unseen and unheard chapters of struggles”, Elon Musk’s story is no different. Today we have presented an article on the Success Story of Elon Musk: The Futuristic Entrepreneur. We will be exploring all the crucial instances of his successes & failures, and know how he went closer to his aspirations.
Where did it all start for Elon Musk?
Elon Musk had quite a rough childhood and troubled relationships with his family. Musk also faced bullying during his early school life. He graduated from the University of Pennsylvania (Philadelphia) in Physics and Economics. Entrepreneurship was something that always had his interest. His first move towards it is quite surprising to read about. He converted a 10-bedroom house into a nightclub and gave it on rent to his colleagues and earned money for his livelihood. Afterward, he went on to pursue his Doctorate at Stanford University but ended up leaving the course too early. He knew his passion for entrepreneurship and technology. He along with his brother, Kimbal, launched their first company Zip2 in 1995. Zip2 provided city guides and web directories to newspapers. He sold his company in 1999 for a whopping 307 million dollars. He earned 22 million dollars against his 7% share in the company at the age of 27. Musk looked at it as a failure because he wasn’t able to experiment with the business potential of the Internet.
Second Major Leap in Entrepreneurship
Musk went ahead to lay the foundation of X.com in 1999. It started as a platform for banking and investment services. The firm later merged with its competitor CoInfinity Inc and was renamed PayPal in 2000. This became the largest and most successful Internetbased payment network portal across the globe. Two years later in 2002, eBay acquired the rights of PayPal for 1.5 billion dollars. Musk received 175.8 million dollars for his largest share in PayPal (11.72%).
Journey of Creating Space X
As we said above, he always had a spirit for technology and science. Musk believes that human existence can survive on other planets. He says that we as humans have to divert our attention to this possibility. In 2002, he founded Space Exploration Technologies Exploration (SpaceX). The first rocket named Falcon 1 was launched in 2006 under the mentorship of Musk and his vision of revolutionizing the aerospace industry. The Falcon 1 was a twostage spacecraft made for designing and sending small aircraft into the Earth’s orbit. SpaceX became the first private company to have accomplished the achievement of launching and returning a spacecraft from Earth’s orbit. It also became the winner of NASA’s competition for funding. This was followed by the “Falcon 9” in 2010 and “Falcon Heavy” in 2018. Musk is truly SpaceX’s leading designer. His company has a total net worth of 100 billion dollars and is the second largest privately owned company in the world. The pivotal reason behind SpaceX’s popularity is that it is working with a mission to make the cost of space transportation efficient so that Mars colonization can be made possible.
Becoming the CEO of Tesla
As we all know, Elon Musk is the CEO OF Tesla and contributed significantly in terms of funding before taking the position of CEO in 2008. The first electric car was launched in 2008 named the Roadster. He is the person behind Tesla’s product designs, optimizing engineering processes, a global manufacturer of electric vehicles, solar energy products, and a lot more sustainabilitycentric goals. Today the company has a giant network of 438 stores and 30,000 charging centers.
The Real Struggles of Elon Musk’s
As we have talked about his success, taking a dig at his challenges is also legitimate, isn’t it? Elon Musk says that “I think it is possible for ordinary people to choose to be extraordinary”. He recalls spending feeble time with his parents. He spent most of his time juggling with college projects and brewing ideas for business. His bitter relationship with his father is not hidden from the world. Despite his grandeur, he always looks out for striving bigger and bigger, and remains focused on his vision for SpaceX. The way Musk is handling the turmoil of critics and fighting with odds every single moment is commendable par excellence.

BigShip is also stamping a major impact on the businesses it serves for. The entire team under the guidance of Ms. Swati Mittal: CEO of BigShip has demonstrated exemplary business astuteness, dedication, and performance. Ms. Mittal is one such women entrepreneur who is carving excellence with her knowledge. We are glad to share the brand story and hope that all the readers will also cherish the same.
Overview of the Company
Ms. Swati Mittal: BigShip is an AI-based shipping aggregator that simplifies logistics by leveraging technology and creating the best customer support. We are on a mission to empower businesses with easy logistics solutions in domains like B2C. B2B. D2C and Cross Border. Our company is serving clients
BIGSHIP: AI-ENABLED COURIER AGGREGATION PLATFORM
with gilt-edge technology and access to the magnificent services of verified carrier partners. In India, we are present across 29000+ pin codes. The horizons extend to 150 countries, with commercial and non-commercial shipments. Talking about the major highlights of BigShip, I would like to talk about what creates our differentiation
• BigShip is a leading face in B2B aggregation. We were the first to bring diverse carriers serving B2B shipments on our technology platform.
• The expertise we have in simplifying the logistics via simplified software is our USP
• We cater to Cross Border shipments which are quite a cumbersome class of logistics for a layman.
• Offering insurance and making a safe space for logistics is our essential target because many people face many monetary losses in cases of shipment damage.
Inception Story of BigShip
Ms. Swati Mittal: “Your best teacher is your own experience”. I believe in the same. Having experience working in e-commerce websites and platforms, I understood that unmanaged logistics can cause major financial setbacks to businesses. This was one of the key factors that motivated the inception of BigShip. With the coalescence
of good customer service and bringing chosen carriers across India on one platform, the foundation was laid. Today, we are a team of more than 50 experts in the house who know that change is the only constant. Understanding the need for a sustainable business model, studying the market, and bringing strategic solutions are BigShip’s interesting areas of work. Our company initiated the idea of e-commerce shipments. Service orientation was our supreme goal. With this goal, we could understand that clients have to go through unfavorable money losses on return shipments. To regulate this gap we knew that this needs to be monitored with the smallest TATs possible. We ensured a 2-hour turnaround time for our client replies thus making the supply chains more efficient and responsive.
The Bridge of Management Between Professional and Personal Fronts
Ms. Swati Mittal: During the whole process of building a business, all aspects of your personal and professional life come together. Time is quintessential while building startups. Profound time, money, and effort are required in this direction. So choosing one over the other becomes a task of consciousness. So, you have to choose single guilt at a time. The pleasure of having both is unimaginable. During the beginning of something fresh, keeping a balance is an out-of-the-box question. But the business does bless us with the opportunities to have a bridge in your personal life once all the operations settle down with automation. After you’re successful in building the core team, your ideas become the driving force for them.
Mandatory Struggles of a CEO
Ms. Swati Mittal: Every individual is motivated by some power that is completely different from the others. Even if the motivation is similar but the skills and way of performing the tasks create the bars of differentiation. My path wasn’t very clear and crisp. I can relate to how daring it is to dream big! Yet then it builds if you have the spirit to keep going. The key is to not stop early and see the endless possibilities coming your way. My learning from my past business inspired me to the need for BigShip. I knew the chance of simplifying the logistics for laymen was going to pick up the pace and so I followed my path.
Believing in Employee Empowerment
Ms. Swati Mittal: Today BigShip is a unified and multi-functional SaaS-based platform providing a deep-rooted space for online, social sellers to process, return, deliver or exchange their orders. The platform has so many young and innovative minds associated with it and are bringing more engagement with customers. Young
TEAM- BIGSHIPminds have greater capabilities to harbor authenticity. Each employee puts in different elements of innovation, research, topics, problems, and target audience. At BigShip we have a smooth inter-disciplinary flow of management across all the hierarchies. Employees have the freedom to communicate in their comfort and share their valuable perspectives about marketing or innovation. We let them take initiative, learn, unlearn and implement. During our team building process, we fetch for people with the zeal of “Intrapreneurship”. We believe that- “A startup needs not the founders to have a vision, yet the team to have that undying spirit of giving their all in”.
Leading the Curve with Tenacity
Ms. Swati Mittal: Our motto is to simplify logistics and make it human-friendly among the nations. We aspire to expand to International grounds with a multilingual app launch. Technical advancements will get the work easy for e-commerce and online shoppers across the world to witness exceptional growth.
Achievements of BigShip
Ms. Swati Mittal: In 2022 we progressed at a lucrative pace. As a team of 50+ accomplishers, we have accelerated growth of 15X from the year 2021. With 10000+ clients already on our list, we aim for a bright future and double these figures. Our team is working wholeheartedly to launch worldwide services comprising crossborder services and a franchise network. We are setting our focus on improvised shipping services, increasing operations, business revenue, number of sellers, and quality of services across the globe.
Final Words from the Luminary
Ms. Swati Mittal: The world is full of opportunities and it won’t stop until you stop it for yourself. Live your life and keep dreaming because, in my opinion, dreamers are the only achievers I have seen.
THE SUCCESS STORY OF GAUTAM ADANI- AMBITIONS TURN TO REALITY:
GAUTAM ADANI
With time, businesses have witnessed many changes and there has been a global rose in marketing strategy in the last couple of years in various sectors. Gautam Adani is a name that comes up in kind whenever we are talking about a famous Indian business tycoon. He is the founder of the Adani Group, a multinational conglomerate company headquartered in Ahmadabad, India.
Today, the company is a crucial player in coal trading, coal mining, oil and gas exploration, multi-modal logistics, ports and power generation. It was founded in 1988. Adani is a son of a textile business family, however, with time, he showed no interest towards his own family business but wanted to find something new that can later be highly helpful for the demanding consumer world.
A young man full of ambition and a school dropout, Gautam moved to Mumbai to seek his future and fortune.
Starting with diamond brokering, Adani soon turned into a millionaire. With an entrepreneurial heart and mind full of innovations, Gautam set up his own business after returning to Mumbai and finally named it- Adani Enterprises, which later converted into the Adani’s Group flagship company. The business initially began with simple export and import of essential commodities but later expanded to encompass coal mining, power generation, gas distribution, edible oil transmission, Agri infrastructure and many more. He was always a risk-taker and believed in the theology that if a man doesn’t take risks in whatever he wants to achieve then somewhere he fails to create uniqueness in this world. His business strategy always revolved around excessive leverage and political patronage. His current net worth is $152.2 billion making him the third richest person in the world as per Bloomberg Billionaires Index. As an Asian, he has made it to the list of the top 3 richest billionaires in the world.
Born on 24th June 1962 into a Bania family, his father was always involved in the textile business. However, being sheer determined from an early age, he attended Gujarat University after dropping out of school but then also didn’t complete his degree. Neither had he wanted an educational degree nor did he want to be involved in his father’s textile business. Working as a diamond sorter in Mumbai under the Mahindra Brothers, Gautam set up his own diamond sorter business after a few years. By 20, he had earned more than any other Indians of his age. He then returned to Ahmadabad to help his brother establish a promising plastic brand company by trading the import of Polyvinyl Chloride (PVC), a key raw material for manufacturing plastic. In 1988, he established Adani Exports Limited which initially dealt with agricultural commodities and power. It later became liberalized with the economic reforms of 1991 and boosted Adani’s business by increasing his revenue and sales. In 1993, the Gujarat Government invited private companies to run the Mundra Port and in 1995, Adani won the contract. It was operated by Mundra Port & Special Economic Zone Ltd. and later expanded into the Adani Ports and Special Economic Zone (APSEZ). Gautam further founded Adani Power Limited which is the subsidiary business power of the Adani group. The company is the largest private power producer and also the largest solar power producer in India. The Adani group has become India’s third conglomerate to cross $200 billion in market capitalization. It has incubated other promising businesses such as renewable energy harnessing, transmission, gas distribution and lots more. The current focus lies in the areas of manufacturing, defence, green business and airports. Its stocks have surged over 120% in only one month while Adani Wilmar has reported a gain of more than 87% in the same period. Thus, Gautam Adani has the perfect opportunity and platform to increase his company’s profits and enhance his position at the top in the upcoming financial year. Gautam Adani has always been known for venturing into new businesses. His power venture business is always a success in the milestone of life. Adani Group and Power is the biggest private airport operator and power generation company respectively. His journey is a path of motivation and a beacon of focus with growing entrepreneurship that can only add the value of money and growth with time.

The company’s staff always works tirelessly to deliver only the best solution to its customers. Many clients have tried other agencies but have always come to PG Communication with some challenges for their needed solutions or services to the company. Since most customers want the best return on their investment, the company came up with innovations and planned to optimize the customers’ investments and get the best results. The company’s service range covers internal/external corporate communication, public relations building with different media formats and other stakeholders.
The company has success stories because of referrals and client testimonials. As a result, it is still adding clients’ names to its list. The company started a subsidiary business named PG Digital in 2022 to provide Digital Marketing, Brand Building, and SCO/SEO services.
Mrs. Pallavi | CEO
The Beginning
Pallavi enjoyed a fruitful career as a journalist for several of India’s most prominent publications and websites. She researched extensively and investigated business opportunities after working full-time for ten years. She identified a need in the PR and Communications for Corporations sector. Several major Indian agencies ignored the country’s thriving small and medium-sized businesses. In the beginning, Pallavi established a small agency that catered to mid-sized businesses across various industries. Ten years ago, the market was untapped, and the company benefited greatly from bringing on board many new customers.
The second of Pallavi’s goals was to establish herself as an entrepreneur who succeeds in this field. In those days, there weren’t many agencies that could survive in the middle ground. Pallavi’s desire to have some leeway in her schedule so she could be there when her daughter was young was a major factor.
The CEO’s Struggle
In Pallavi’s opinion, there is no easy road to success as an entrepreneur. To succeed, one must fight on all fronts. The first is the worry of not being able to afford food after leaving a secure, full-time job. The next step is to assemble a competent team of specialists. To make decisions and provide services for her clients, Pallavi needed to draw on her vast experience. At first, she was in charge of the entire process, from pin to print.
“My media Industry friends, IIMC alumnus, colleagues, and support from my family helped me a lot,” Pallavi said of her early struggles. The help of Pallavi’s long-lost friends, for which they charge a small fee, has begun in earnest. She is grateful for the early support she received from them; even after a decade, they remain the true backbone of PG Communication.
Customers of PG Communication
Numerous sectors and markets are among the company’s extensive list of satisfied customers. It has signed on a handful of publicly traded companies, along with other large and mediumsized businesses, startups, academic institutions, and even a few celebrities. The company plans to provide counsel for and execute all PR and internal communication initiatives. They pay close attention to each client and their business requirements. Every one of the company’s customers is essential to its success. Ten years ago, the company began handling the financial affairs of one of its clients. PG Communication, which was initially of medium size, is now a major international business. After their public offering, investors valued the company at around INR 3,000 Crores. The company oversees all of its public relations operations worldwide.
Keeping Up With The Evolving Market
Worldwide, the business climate is becoming increasingly volatile. The business needs to think quickly on its feet and devise innovative plans to continue to satisfy its customers. PG Communication offers the full gamut of services related to creating compelling communications, including but not limited to: messaging, brand development and positioning, and media planning. Nonetheless, it should achieve its goals while minimizing expenditures.
Growth of the Business Relations with the public and other forms of communication rely heavily on human ingenuity. Yet, research is crucial in the space industry. The Pallavi team employs various databases, directories, and databases to investigate industries, segments, client niches, and the competition.
The market is full of obstacles, so the company needs to invest heavily in R&D to keep up with the competition. The company’s team is creative and pays close, instantaneous attention to detail. The company also devises, evaluates, and provides its clients with various innovative options.
CEOs Perspective
A time is coming when the era of the glass-enclosed corner office CEO is over. Pallavi regularly communicates with the CEOs of her client businesses and other companies. The modern CEO is a do-it-yourself kind of guy. They face stiff competition both in the market and internally amongst the staff. There is intense competition between the quarters. A quote from Pallavi: “If they don’t deliver results, you’re gone, and the next Company will drill you again to measure your performance.” Today’s most successful CEOs share two additional characteristics. They are an invaluable member of any team and always take the initiative.
Contentment in the Workplace
PG Communication is home to Pallavi’s incredibly hardworking and honest team, which she considers a great fortune. She is pleased to tell you that the original members of her team have played crucial roles in the company’s groundbreaking journey over the past decade. Collaboration and dedication to the satisfaction of PG Communication’s customers have been constant motivators. It’s a fantastic illustration of the benefits of working together both ‘off and on the clock.
Proposed Actions for the Near Future
The company has planned ahead of time after giving close attention to the shifting environment. Its success in the Indian market has
led to plans to expand into a few other international markets soon. The company is also broadening its offerings to meet the needs of its current clientele better and attract new business. It has already released its high-tech offshoot, PG Digital. Customers and businesses continue to benefit greatly from the market insights platforms provide. To put it simply, it aids in the development of superior strategies for communications, PR, and complete digital advertising.
The Achievements and Milestones
PG Communication’s first decade has been quite eventful. The overwhelming majority of the company’s current customers were referred to them and have been loyal ever since. It’s encouraging to get feedback from business leaders and other important parties. “We appreciate your openness. Some customers quickly add, “You guys don’t over-commit and have delivered more results every time.” It’s simple to grasp, and we’ve had nothing but positive feedback from our clients.” When people are kind and encouraging, it brightens my day.
Assisting Others For The Greater Good
Some clients the firm handles CSR activities for include a major listed Company. Members of the team are reluctant to elaborate. However, it collaborates with non-governmental organizations (NGOs) focused on issues such as gender equality, girls’ education, and climate change adaptation.
Message For Other CEOs
The field of management is evolving rapidly. There has been a reevaluation of the ‘mantras’ of management taught in textbooks at some of the most prestigious business schools. All managers need to be more nimble and open to change as they go. And, as Pallavi puts it, “Please don’t get stuck with customary methods that may have worked a decade or two ago.”
Message for Prime Insights readers
According to Pallavi, we need to get creative to develop ideas and strategies that can meet the “apparent” or “latent” needs of the target customer market. She stresses the importance of keeping things “simple” for the Customers. Without solutions and prompt implementation, they are useless.

The most important thing is to have sharp focus and steer the firm toward greater success.” He comes from a loving and supportive family and he frequently takes his two kids on outdoor adventures and creative workshops where they can express themselves while learning valuable life lessons.

Pacing with ever-evolving trends
As Mr. Rohan puts it, “The only approach to stay up to speed with ever-evolving trends in the industry is to set them”. As a CEO, his goal is to ensure that the company is consistently ahead of the curve regarding technological developments. Before they became trend-words, the company has been regularly implementing ML and AI technology into its products and introduced VR/AR to the world.
A company’s overall business plan can only be successful if it can change and evolve with the times. To ensure that the company can adapt to the rapid rate of technological change, Mr. Rohan Karnataki has taken initiatives to educate his staff and provide them with guidance and direction to upskill themselves.
R&D and Expanding Markets
The company’s business model places a premium on R&D. It often strives to introduce ground-breaking new products. The company aims to be an industry leader in cutting-edge fields including quantum computing, ambient computing and AI.
Workforce Happiness
As a business leader, Mr. Rohan anticipates the eventual demise of the distinction between “White Collar” (physical and cerebral) and “Blue Collar” (physical) occupations. Green collar jobs (those requiring physical, emotional and mental labor) are the ones that will thrive in the future since they are staffed by people who bring their whole-selves to work. To do this, one needs to establish a meaningful rapport with them, which means learning about their aspirations and working with them to realize their desires. Employees will be happy and fulfilled in the work if they are given space to share their thoughts and are encouraged to take the initiative. All these functional elements are present at the company, and its employees attrition rate is lowest in the industry.

The CEO’s long-term goal is to increase the company’s output of ground-breaking information technology (IT) solutions in education and healthcare. The company’s edtech product, CareerFirst, has already been released. It is the first comprehensive Career Design Platform in India. Impact sectors that have the potential to improve the lives of people while also fostering personal growth and a robust economy are of particular interest to the company.
The CSR Policy
Mr. Rohan Karnataki believes “We earn a livelihood by what we get, but we create a life by what we give,”. He is the founder of Gudbro - Society for Corporate Strategic Philanthropy. Gudbro facilitates strategic relationships between other corporations, including him and 60+ non-governmental organizations (NGOs), to aid in their mission fulfilment. The healthcare, hygiene, education, empowerment, agriculture, and selfemployment sectors benefit from the company’s contributions to these social groups.
A Word to the World
In Mr. Rohan’s opinion, a lack of persistence is fatal to a career in top management. The CEO of a firm needs to be able to see the big picture and motivate their staff to work toward the organization’s ultimate objective. Mr. Rohan often tells his employees, “Dream as impossible as possible.”
FACING THE GENDER GAP IN THE WORKPLACE
The goal of many businesses is to have an equally diverse staff. There remains a significant workplace disparity in India despite years of progressive measures. Several businesses, governmental agencies, and employees have worked together in recent years to solve issues such as pay gaps and workplace gender inequality.
The group also treats men and women equally. Companies need to understand their obligations to employees and the present gender imbalance in workplace regulations since it is one of the fundamental issues in modern business. We will try to cover all the information you want on the gender gap in the workforce from the outset.
What Is the Meaning of Gender Inequality?
Businesses that support gender equality treat men and women equally. A company may disregard certain effects of gender diversity in the workplace due to ingrained corporate culture, individual views, or legal ambiguities. Your company must understand that appropriate business etiquette is necessary to ensure that men and women are treated equally at work. If the following were done, the gender wage gap in the workplace might be lessened.
• Comparable jobs with similar pay and benefits.
• Everyone has the opportunity for progress and promotion.
• Discrimination against workers because of their gender identity or gender reassignment is unacceptable.
Workplace Gender Disparity in 2022
There are other signs of gender discrimination in the workplace besides pay disparities. Women and women of color confront many challenges, especially black women, women who identify as LGBTQ+, and women of color who want to hold leadership positions. Racial, ethnic, and gender microaggressions often target women of color.
Women seek equal possibilities for professional advancement and safety against workplace prejudice and misunderstanding.
Transparent remuneration, flexible scheduling, pleasant workplace conversation, training opportunities for women, and a focus on mental health and well-being may all help achieve this aim. By forming coalitions, denouncing prejudice, and giving management open feedback, employees may advance gender equality.
Sexual harassment, racism, uneven pay, and unequal promotions are all signs of gender inequality in the workplace. There are subtle signs of this, such as fewer opportunities for mothers and higher rates of female burnout.
What are some ways you encourage gender equality at work?
Suppose a corporation solely hires or trains one gender for a critical role. In that case, that organization may be unfairly biased by gender. Employees may worry about sexual harassment or unfair treatment when expecting a child or raising a family. The following are some strategies to advance gender equality and effective relationship management at work:
1. Through instruction, raise awareness and ethical behavior.
Showcase the accomplishments of powerful women working for your company internally and outside. Ask more experienced women to teach younger women or understand the traits of generation Z.
Ensure managers fully adhere to the laws governing fair compensation and work-life balance.
Why is workplace gender equality so crucial? Ensuring a fair workplace ensures that a company’s efficiency is as high as practical. It ensures that the country’s economy will grow. Unfair obstacles do not hamper the nation’s progress.
• Look at your job descriptions to determine any barriers preventing women from advancing to more senior roles.
• Pay yourself upfront. Make sure that in small and medium-sized companies with less than 250 employees, women are not paid less than men for comparable employment.
• Encourage equitable work-life balance for men and women.
• All employees need mentorship and training on modern subjects like gen Y qualities.
• To stop harassment in your workplace, develop a policy against it.
• Broaden the interview panel’s demographics and increase the number of top post contenders.
According to research, when faced with a long list of candidates for open positions, recruiters are forced to go past the gender assumptions connected to a post. Ensure your human resources managers are educated to develop lengthier shortlists when hiring, especially for roles where men predominate, to increase the number of women hired for senior positions. Make sure
the interviewers are diverse while conducting interviews and evaluating applications.
2. Conduct a salary audit and make pay observable.
To ensure equal pay for men and women, conduct a companywide audit. Address any pay inequities, such as the gender pay gap, and adjust salaries as necessary.
3. Give employees greater freedom concerning scheduling.
Due to the pandemic, remote work is now just as productive as on-site labor. Flexible work schedules enable women to maintain their jobs by enabling a balance between their professional and personal lives. Avoiding presenteeism is essential to your organization’s hybrid strategy since men who attend office hours are often more visible and get disproportionate rewards.
4. Organize and provide mentorship for female employees
Women are disproportionately affected by COVID-19, and coaching enables them to advance and stay in the workforce. Women and men do not have equal access to coaching, however.
Women should get regular coaching to help them develop the attitudes and abilities required for success, especially in leadership positions. They may develop inclusive leadership skills, raise self-awareness, and improve the overall employee experience thanks to the coaching sessions.
