• IIM Nagpur has set up a “Centre of Excellence for Corporate Governance CSR & Sustainability – CGCS”. The CoE CGCS aims to work independently and in collaboration with the government, academic institutions, expert industry practitioners, consulting organizations, public sector organizations, and corporates.
• Beholding the essence of opulence, numerous national and international conferences, seminars, round tables, management development programs, guest lecturers, and other similar events will be organized.
• IIM Nagpur’s COUNCIL FOR LOGISTICS, INFRASTRUCTURE AND PROJECT MANAGEMENT (CLIP) has submitted a proposal on humanitarian logistics to the Government of Maharashtra.
• The organization has also submitted a proposal on traffic analysis for the Government of Uttar Pradesh.

“My advice to young entrepreneurs would be to ensure that everything that goes into building a new business entity bears fruits of zeal. As a business leader, you are bound to carry important responsibilities on your shoulders. Your vision is crucial in keeping the organization on the right track and not letting it deviate from its purpose. Some things may excite you today but won’t have the market potential to become disruptive in the future. So, you must have a comprehensive approach while weighing the pros and cons. A CEO should have the ability to disperse various tasks to teams as per their capabilities. However, there are oodles of many other activities for which the CEO’s involvement has a larger impact. During your journey, you may witness businesses failing out of nowhere. CEOs must not get too attached to a particular business but instead focus their energy on where the real value is: developing a serial business-building capability. PharmaLex’s team knows that the ultimate algorithm to refabricate its position is to exceed the client’s expectations and work for their comfort first. In the end, I would like to mention a quote written by Winston Churchill, “To improve is to change; to be perfect is to change often.”

Emotional intelligence is a strong guiding rod for the beneficial development of any workplace. It enhances leadership skills and improves business strategy. As a valuable skill, emotional intelligence is the core of any business model as it directly connects business leaders with their customers and helps them to understand their needs and demands. Many CEOs struggle to work efficiently with their team but don’t understand how to connect with their employees or customers so that their business achieves greater scale. Empathy
Empathic leaders can put themselves in others’ shoes and understand their way of handling things. They become understanding and are well-linked to other employees by relating with them at a personal level. Empathy doesn’t mean caring for others but it is like an attachment that helps you to recognize others’ emotions. While conducting conversations, true leaders with empathy can easily understand the other person’s state of mind.
Motivation
Leadership is not mentorship but guiding the employees into the art of working towards a common goal. The most important action is motivating the employees to align and work out with the team. When all team members are motivated and focused on the same goal, the company is likely to hit targets. Self-awareness is very necessary as it makes you realize how your behaviour and ability affect others around you.
