The Riedisheim Community Centre provides the community with a mixed-use public venue to host programs including a shooting range, practice rooms, and a party room. The main element that guided the design is the 50m shooting range room. The volume is constructed of concrete, for soundproof reasons, while the rest of the building is offers views of the canal and its surrounding.

LA CÔTE-DES-ROSES THIONVILLE - FRANCE

Master plan for the urban renewal of a high priority neighbourhood Internship at UN1ON - 2018 - Strasbourg, France

La Côte-Des-Roses is a neighbourhood built in the 60’s and classified as a high priority neighbourhood by the ANRU since 1996. This urban study aims to give new perspectives to La Côte-Des-Roses by renovating and diversifying the housing supply, adding public amenities, preserving the landscape and giving character to public spaces. New developments and existing ones are linked through a succession of public spaces that have different atmospheres and purpose, from more urban to more natural and playful ones. main pathway and public spacesGROUPEMENT UN1ON -

WESTMOUNT SQUARE ENTRANCE LOBBY MONTREAL - CANADA

Plantation and furniture plans for a residential building lobby Internship at Fauteux & Associates - 2019 - Montreal, Canada

The initial design of this Mies Van Der Rohe building was lacking common spaces for residents to gather. A preliminary project proposed an exterior patio for residents, but its use is only possible during the summer months. Maintaining the use of Mies’ furniture, the interior design uses exterior patio planters to enforce the continuity between the two spaces. Their organic disposition aims to break the structural grid and add greenery around sitting areas.

UPSIDE-DOWN CONTINUUM

TRANSIT INFRASTRUCTURES RENEWAL TORONTO - CANADA Master Thesis - Under the direction of Dr. Andreea Grigorovschi and Anne Jaureguiberry - Partner: ClĂŠmence Cottereau

Upside-Down Continium Requalification of mono-functional mobility infrastructures in support of urbanity

Upside-Down Continium

Upside-Down Continium

UPSIDE-DOWN CONTINUUM is an urban design project that focuses on transitoriented development, aiming to reconnect Toronto’s Old City to the lakefront. This was achieved by erasing gaps created by mono-functional infrastructure and giving them new functions, as well as using them to prepare the city core for the future doubling of its population. Using three strategies, which consider three axes: longitudinal, transversal, and vertical; the project focuses on the urban, neighbourhood, and architectural scales, to explore new uses for existing infrastructure.

This outdoor stage uses a light structure having low impacts on the site. The monolithic aspect aims to enhance the focus on the art, minimizing the design to be functional and give importance to the stage. The symmetrical design allows the dressing rooms and the storage volumes to brace the whole wooden structure.
