oSram lED technology

tiny light with enormous strengths: all you need to know about lEDs. light emitting diodes are based on semiconductors that convert electric current into light. measuring just a few centimeters in length, lEDs are a valuable alternative to conventional light sources in many areas of general lighting. nEw: in warm wHitE

New lighting technology. In contrast to incandescent lamps, which produce a continuous spectrum, an LED emits light of a particular color. The color of the light depends on the semiconductor material used.

White light. To produce white light, the light of blue LEDs is passed through yellow phosphors. The composition of the phosphor determines the light color. The Chip Level Coating (CLC) process developed and patented by OSRAM ensures a degree of homogenity in the

light produced that other processes cannot achieve. By selecting appropriate white LEDs, it is possible to offer LED systems with the same light colors as fluorescent lamps (Warm White, Neutral White and Daylight).

OT EASY 60/220-240/24 RGB is an all-in-one product. It integrates the control gear, controller and dimmer in one unit. It is operated via the EASY lighting management system, opening up many different possible applications with extremely simple operation and installation. The control gear supplies a constant output voltage of 24 V and is set up to operate 24 V LED modules. The output power of 60 W is distributed among four channels RGB+W; 60 W is also possible on one channel. The integrated dimmer has 4 x 24 V PWM outputs for RGB+W color mixing. The controller in OT EASY 60/220-240/24 RGB has an individually configurable RGB+W sequencer for stand-alone operation. Color and lighting scenes can be stored and retrieved as either static or dynamic scenes.

OT EASY 60/220-240/24 RGB can be easily combined with different operating elements. Colors and lighting scenes can be easily set in conjunction with the EASY IR Sensor and the EASY RMC remote control. Scenes and colors can also be set with the air of the EASY PUSH BUTTON coupler and conventional pushbutton units from any range. The Windows interface of the EASY Color Control software enables all the functions of the OT EASY 60/220-240/24 to be visualized and interactively used. With the master/slave function of the OT EASY 60/220240/24 RGB, lighting systems can be expanded quickly and easily. It is therefore no problem at all to provide dynamic LED lighting.

We therefore offer a separate OPTOTRONIC® series that has been specially developed for operating high-flux LEDs. 700 mA LED-Module • OT 35/200-240/700 is a compact electronically controlled constant current power supply unit (700 mA) with a maximum output of 35 W. • The optional mounting kit makes installation easy (LMC CI Box) • OT 18/200-240/700 DIM is an independent compact dimmable control gear for 700 mA high-flux LED modules. Brightness is regulated via a 1...10-V interface. Alternatively, the unit enables the operating current to be set by means of a resistor on an application-oriented basis; in other words adjusted according to the thermal conditions. The operating current of the LEDs can be adjusted from 0 to 700 mA.

Some things can only be seen with this type of lighting Innovative features that make Hilite a brilliant idea Hilite architectural contour lighting is designed as an energy efficient alternative to conventional fluorescent and neon, with many advantages in terms of cost and efficiency. However, this is certainly no like-for-like replacement. With illumination by solid state LEDs through coloured acrylic tube, a pure, rich light is evenly emitted without the stark glare of neon or fluorescent tubes and light pollution. The difference in running costs is even more dramatic as Hilite uses just one fifth the power of neon.
