Evaluation Criteria

• GSA will not be limiting the number of awards under OASIS+

• All proposals will first be evaluated to verify they meet all the Acceptability Review requirements

• GSA will then evaluate if the proposal meets or exceed the applicable Domain Qualifications Threshold

• Small Business and Socioeconomic set-asides must meet 36 out of 50 available credits

• Unrestricted must meet 42 out of 50 available credits

• Enterprise domain is 45 out of 50

• This includes evaluating and validating the supporting documentation

• Next GSA will verify the proposal includes fair and reasonable pricing
