Technical & Past Performance Evaluation

• Qualifying Project Experience

• Offerors may submit a maximum of 5 distinct QPs for each domain, except the Enterprise domain where an offeror can only submit 4

• Offerors may include combination of relevant and non-relevant QPs

• Relevant QPs receive evaluation credits under QP - Relevance

• Can also receive credits under QP – Scale, QP - Integrated Experience and QP - Management & Staffing

• Offerors should ensure QP have proper documentation to support the nature of the work (SOW, PWS)

• Federal Experience Projects (FEPs)

• Offerors may receive additional credits for demonstrating these qualifications
