• Receive 1 credit for having 1 of the following:

• NSF/ANSI 391.1

• ISO 14001 Environmental Management Systems

• Offeror receives 1 credit for:

• Public disclosure of Scope 1 and Scope 2 Greenhouse Gas (GHG) emissions developed in accordance with the GHG Protocol Corporate Accounting and Reporting.

Cost / Price

• Cost/Price Template - offeror must submit Attachment J.P9

• The proposed cost / price will be used to determine a fair and reasonable ceiling rate for each LCAT for a sole source T&M contract / TO type

• If the proposed direct labor rates exceed the DOL BLS SOC rate ranges provided, the offeror must provide rationale within their BOE

• Proposed indirect cost rates should be the Offeror’s most current DCAA, DCMA, or CFA approved FPRA, FPRR, PBR, and/or indirect cost rates generated by an adequate accounting system.

Cost / Price

• RFP states offerors should consider the risk they will assume under a sole-source T&M/LH type TO, which the OASIS+ CO estimates to be 7.5 percent

• According to GSA Acquisition Letter MV-16-04, a cost realism analysis is not required
