WITH DECADES IN the business, managing Century 21 Riverpointe since 1984 and purchasing the company in 1995, E. Ann Redfield loves what she does!

“Our whole culture is about service,” she said. “If people want to succeed in this business, they have to make it about the people, not the money”. Ann says she believes that when you do the right thing and take care of your clients, the money will follow. Building relationships and trust are so important. Our clients refer their friends and relatives to us because of the great experience we give them. She is very dedicated to the focal point of her profession: the people she serves.

Redfield made sure to set a good example for her kids with her dedication and work ethic. “I still do with my grandchildren,” she noted.

“I think that they have a lot of respect for my sense of business and how hard I work,” Redfield explained. “Real Estate was always a topic of conversation in our household.”

Today, Redfield’s daughters are both managers at the business. They both worked in the office as teenagers and during college. They have worked their way up to the positions they are in and are both associate brokers.

Not only does Redfield trust her daughters with the daily office operations, but she also knows they can field any questions from our agents. “They have gained so much respect in the business from our agents as well as the other offices and our clients. They are educated in our industry and technology, and on top of their other duties, they give classroom and one-on-one training to our agents,” said Redfield.

Redfield’s husband of neary 53 years, Craig, is retired from Verizon, but he also has his real estate license and helps at the office. Redfield has three grandchildren, Bailey, Kayley and Charlie, and a great-grandson, Noah. •
