Senior Fitness

Low impact cardio moves including large muscle strength training using hand weights and mini resistance bands. In corporates use of a chair if necessary. Multi-level, beginner-intermediate class. Time 7:15-8:15pm

Flow Yoga

Zero intimidation yoga series that allows you to achieve the strength, balance, stress relief of yoga at your own pace. Encouragement, modifications for any one who joins so you do what feels right for your body. You’ll need a yoga mat. Time 9:30-10:15am

Senior Chair Yoga

Gentle yoga class both seated and standing with a chair for assistance. Improve balance, coordination, mobility, flexibility. Time 9:30-10:15am Days M W F Instructor Pauline Bynum

Cardio Drumming

Low impact class that can be modified for all levels. The focus is to keep moving and have fun while staying on beat with the music. Great for all ages! Time 6:15-7:00pm

A cardio workout driven by energetic feel-good pop music, no equipment needed, just have fun! Time 6:15-7:00pm

Gentle Yoga

Move slowly and mindfully from each pose to help improve balance, coordi nation, mobility, flexibility, overall body strength. You’ll need a yoga mat. Time 8:30-9:15am Days T TH SAT Instructor Pauline Bynum

Barre

Full body cardio and strength training workout. Combines basic ballet and pilates to sculpt and tone while improving balance, coordination, and mobility using hand weights and optional ankle weights. Time 5:15-6:00pm

Full Body Fit

Full body high intensity cardio, strength training. You’ll need a mat, weights. Time 5:15-6:00pm

Yin Yoga

Restorative yoga class where we remain seated, kneeling, and reclined holding easy poses for several minutes for a deep stretch to improve flexibility, mobility, and mindfulness. You’ll need yoga mat, pillow or blanket, yoga props of choice. Time 7:15-8:00pm

Yoga Pilates Fusion

High intensity fast paced class that combines pilates and power flow yoga for a full body cardio and strength training workout. You’ll need yoga mat, light-medium weights, ankle weights are optional. Time 7:15-8:00pm
