Manufacturing Process:
Computer-Aided Design Working drawings are created in strict accordance with the customer's specifications.
Laser Cutting Steel sheets are laser cut to shape through digitized information from the working drawings.

Furnace Every colour coat is heated to approximately 800°C onto the steel surface. 爐燒 每一塗層都需要800ºC高 溫的爐內燒製。

Bending A press brake is used to bend the steel sheets to create the required features (returns, flanges, etc.).

Backing The strength, thermal and fire resistance properties are achieved by bonding various substrates to the panel after having passed through an adhesive curtain coater. 襯板 在鋼板背後粘上不同性質 的底面襯板可制成防熱， 防水及強化固定等各種功 效，並使板面更平整。

Pre-treatment The panel goes through a chemical process for contamination removal and provision of an etched surface for receiving the enamel. 前處理 成形的鋼板經過化學處理 去除污染物質，同時進行 除銹，以便噴塗底釉搪 瓷。

Ground Coat A ground coat of vitreous enamel is applied to the surface of the panel. 底釉噴塗 在鋼板上噴底釉。
Furnace The panel is preheated to 400ºC and is passed to the furnace where fusing of the vitreous enamel onto the steel takes place at approximately 800ºC.
Drying The ground coat is dried at 100ºC-250ºC leaving the enamel in a bisque unglazed form on the steel. 烘乾 底釉經過100ºC-250ºC烘 乾過程，形成「素燒」狀 態。
