No one knew what might come from the collaboration, and there were no set expectations on either side. Many of the limited edition prints are inspired by these match box cases and much of the imagery is borrowed from these retro designs and colour palettes. The original collector and creator of the meticulously put together match box books has given these small cardboard creations a grandeur beyond their miniature size, this has led to the creation of further works inspired by the 'everyday' objects you might find in your pocket, in the most recent prints 'Danglers' or loose change.
