welcome to your four-month (project inside)out planner! this planner can be used alone or as a bundle of 3 to create a full year. this agenda/journal/planner was created as a resource to help you create healthy habits, prioritize selfcare and stay on track with your goals.
what makes this all-in-one journal so special? this planner has been intentionally divided into four months which allows you to create achievable goals, stay consistent and see real results. it is customizable to fit your unique life and dreams, no matter what season in life you’re in. whether your goals are personal/lifestyle based or family/career, we have you covered. inside you’ll find everything you need to organize, prioritize and track your progress.
tips for getting started initially, we enjoy filling in all the dates and setting our goals. monthly, we like to create our intentions, track our progress and schedule important events (if these exceed the 4 months, add them to the yearly overview or the final carry-over section). we find it beneficial to review our weekly pages each sunday. this helps us stay consistent. as part of our am/pm routine, we fill out the daily section. our favourite part is ending the journal by reflecting and preparing for a fresh next chapter.
